I had good stay in this hotel, the location is really good , 5mins walk from Glòries station, supermarket, restaurants nearby, the hotel is new and beautiful with amazing view of rooftop, the room is really nice and comfortable. One thing I’m not satisfied is the room’s insulation. Overall I still recommend this hotel to others. Thanks

+ super Lage (2min zur Metro/Bus + neues Einkaufszentrum. Ca 15min zum Strand zu Fuß. Sicher (Polizeistation 2 Minuten entfernt, und saubere Gegend) + gutes Personal + gute Ausstattung - Man hört leider sehr stark das Nachbarzimmer - Der Raum ist an sich hell genug aber genau die Ecke vorm Spiegel ist sehr dunkel um sich ordentlich zu richten.

Der Pool war schrecklich, ansonsten war alles top. Die Lage und die Umgebung sind super. Wer nur wegen des Pools in dieses Hotel fährt, dem würde ich abraten, da er extrem schmutzig war (wir konnten nicht hineingehen). Ansonsten sind Lage und Umgebung wirklich toll, und auch das Hotel ist sehr schön.

Customer service was top notch

Si vous cherchez l’aspect pratique et confort n’hésitez pas et réservez. Le seul point négatif c’est le petit dej pas forcément varié et les options restent souvent les même.

Hotel was lovely. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the glass door to the bathroom with no lock. The rooftop pool is great but small so it gets busy and loungers are limited but people move on fairly quickly and don’t hog them all day

I loved the ambiance and the rooftop is beautiful, no issues & they tidy up so well!

LOVE THIS HOTEL ..CLOSE TO GLORIES STATION VERY ACCESSIBLE TO ALL THE MAJOR SPOTS... IT WAS A 20 MINUTE WALK FROM THE BEACH..DRINKS AND FOOD WERE NICE AND THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING WAS A NICE TOUCH.. THE ROOM ALWAYS SMELT AMAZING.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The design of the hotel and rooms were beautiful but functionally it wasn’t great. The shower door didn’t close, so the water sprayed out in the bathroom… but there’s no bathroom door, so it was actually just spraying water into our room. The room was great for my brother who was a single, but for people sharing a room for 2… it was TINY. Also - the pool upstairs was kind of disgusting, plastic floating in the pool… cups from drinks, etc. However the staff were incredible! They helped me when I was sick, they helped us get our airport taxi, they gave us extra towels, brought us tea… they made the hotel a lot better!

Was given a handicap room at checkout, while this was no big deal to me and my boyfriend at the beginning turned into a nightmare. We checked in late at night and the following morning I wake up to shower. I am in there no longer than 10 minutes the drain of the shower was broken by the time I realized the water was going everywhere it was to late. The entire floor of the bathroom and all throughout the bedroom was completely soaked my book bag was on the floor so all my clothes at the bottom was drenched. We go down to the front desk asking for another room and they said no because they were apparently fully booked so we then asked for some compensation back as we are wasting our day because they gave us a faulty shower in our room they said no to that as well and said we’ll send a maid up which took around 40 minutes to clean our room while we waited outside in the hall in our pjs because most of our clothes got wet. Overall our stay here was horrible would not recommend.

Bon séjour. Niveau petit déjeuner il serait judicieux d'afficher la composition complète des aliments car je trouvais des ingrédients non indiqués sur les pancartes. Les rideaux ne permettent pas d'occulter 100% de la lumière qui rentre, heureusement que j'avais mon masque pour les yeux

Had an amazing stay. The staff was super nice and helpful and the food at the rooftop bar was really good. Will book again
