Very comfortable and clean. Staff were attentive and excellent throughout. Lovely relaxing by the pool or popping down to the beach. All the food also excellent.

5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!! Incredible- their view was due to very little need in these services!? So what about those who are paying 5 star prices!! Also- two weddings were happening whilst we walked to reception- walking straight through one wedding in the court yard- not ideal or privacy for the party. The location is well outside of Villajoyosa - but that works for me- maybe not for others - also there’s a tram that runs frequently from Alicante to Benidorm- passing right by the hotel- it wasn’t really an issue - but good to know. The beaches are ok- one nudist beach directly down from the hotel - but not a problem. Aside from this - I would stay again- maybe for short trip.

Pésima atención de recepción

We arrived but no-one helped with the bags, parked our car showed us to our room etc. the room is ok but quite dated and this is not a 5 star hotel. The restaurant was ok the food too and restaurant staff were really lovely.

Lugar con gran encanto ideal para una escapada o vacaciones con un entorno inmejorable, buena mesa y personal muy amable. Para repetir.

Wonderfull room, very clean, comfy bed, great view. So friendly Staff at breakfast and dinner. More stressed in the reception. We are guests until we have left. Great food and pool with amazing view. Relaxing massage, but reduced comfort because of extremly hard bench to lie face down.

Vakkert hotell med nydelig havutsikt og rolige omgivelser. Rommet var rent og komfortabelt, og servicen god. Frokosten var variert og smakfull. Spa-tjenestene var litt dyre, og jeg valgte derfor å ikke bruke dem. Totalt sett et avslappende og behagelig opphold – jeg kommer gjerne tilbake.

It was a ok experience for the monies i spent had to park car offsite and had to pay for spa facilities

It was beautiful! WiFi was a little difficult to access.

Spacious rooms with balconys, an excellent pool and relaxation areas. High quality bar food, though the main restaurant for breakfast was also so busy we couldn't face the queues. The pool area overlooks a nudist beach, but there are good cocktails and if you visit at the right time of year - it's hot!

Muy satisfactorio

Really nice. Really nice, if you only want to stay at their place. Nothing else in the immediate vicinity. You need anything? They have no “store”. Asprin? Nope. Sunblock or sunscreen? Nope. That’s an Uber ride . The staff was exceptional. The rooms were ok. Lots of mold on the lamp shades. Sure it means nothing, but does it? Does it really? A 5 star hotel with moldy lamp shades. Children are not preferred, yet the beach the hotel is on is a public beach. So the small kids aren’t screaming during dinner but they are the entire time you’re on the beach. And that makes it kinda suckie.
