Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful pool area. However would point out that the area around the pool is very slippery when wet with no warning. So keep your pool shoes handy. Otherwise a perfect place to stay.

Heel mooi hotel, met ruime kamer en badkamer. Gratis parkeergelegenheid en gebruik van de Spa.
Ok zijn er Badjassen beschikbaar voor de spa.
Vriendelijk personeel, doen erg hun best de gasten het naar de zin te maken.
Jammer dat het personeel zo weinig Engels spreekt.
Het hotel is ook wel wat gehorig.

Un hotel excelente ,la limpieza y las comodidades y detalles durante la estancia .Todo el personal atento a que estarías agusto ,la directora en todo momento pendiente del cliente y de que todo estaría perfecto ,una estancia MARAVILLOSA.Gracias y enhorabuena a la dirección y equipo.

Estando de viaje, decidí parar en este hotel spa porque me pareció la mejor opción. La sorpresa fue al ver que el precio no se correspondía en absoluto con lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Nada de prensa ni café de cortesía en recepción. Nada de hervidor de agua en la habitación ni pidiéndolo expresamente. Nada de zapatillas, calzador... Tan solo 2 vasos y un dispensador de jabón de manos. En la ducha uno de champú y otro de gel. Por no haber no había ni toalla de bidet.
En cuanto al spa se tenía que pedir hora como en el dentista. Y por lo que me dijeron, el gorro lo cobraban. También las tumbonas. Las chanclas no sé.
Todo eso en una habitación de 150 euros la noche.
El desayuno poco variado y repetido por 2 días que lo consumí.
Para subir las maletas hay unas rampas que han inutilizado poniendo grandes macetas al final. Por otra puerta lateral el acceso es plano, pero no lo avisan y además siempre hay ahí reunidos dos o tres tipos con muy malas pintas.
No puedo recomendar este hotel. No volveré.

El hotel es muy bueno. Lo mejor es la piscina de 22 metros largo ideal para nadar. Los otros 3 jacuzzis de agua caliente también estaban muy bien. El uso de estas instalaciones está INCLUIDO en el precio. Las habitaciones muy bien en superficie. El colchón un poco justo en tamaño para 2. No era muy duro. Lo único que no me gustó es el ruido del tráfico que no nos permitió dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Cerrando las ventanas no se escucha pero hubo que prender el aire acondicionado. El restaurante es muy bueno y la calidad- precio del menú es excelente. Otra cosa a destacar son los detalles del hotel hacia los clientes que en otros hoteles se cobran aparte. La atención de todo el personal hasta la camarera de pisos es excelente. Si no hubiera sido por la incomodidad del ruido del tráfico, le hubiese dado un 10. La relación calidad precio del hotel es muy buena.

Bon séjour agréable. Hotel de taille modeste avec une vingtaine de chambres. Très propre. Belle chambre, piscines avec jets et jacuzzis superbes. Salle restaurant, petits déjeuners extra. Reception et personne agréables.
Personnel ne parle pas français à part la receptionniste. Pas de chaines TV francaises. Climatisation défaillante.

As a heavy traveler you more or less have quite the same hotel customer experience everywhere you go and despite my love for spanish hospitality, this was one of the worst experience i have had. I booked a king bed room (traveling with my wife) and got a two single bed room..... The room was NOT soundproof and located next to the maid utility room; very noisy early morning.... The beds are very hard, almost rock solid and absolutely not confortable.
In order to satisfy my king bed request they offered me a room upgrade for an extra charge of $50, LOL, and then the upper management proposed to reduce it to $20, extra LOL !!
What a way to treat your clients !!!!
Avoid this place at all cost!!!! I also forgot to mention that the staff was cold as an iceberg.
You have much better options somewhere else.

Dejligt hotel, som ligger central på den spanske side af pyrenæerne - i alle retninger, nord, vest, øst og syd. Gode parkeringsforhold, glimrende restaurant, stort morgenbord. Vi havde stort værelse og med tilhørende stort badeværelse.
