Great Customer Service the lady thay checked us in was very nice and gave us ab amazing room. The room was very spacious air conditioning worked great. Swimming pool on the 2nd floor was clean and great for the kids. Good location there are restaurants, shops, ect. all within walking distance. I will stay here again next time in Sevilla.

Das Hotel befindet sich außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, ist jedoch mit dem Bus (z. B. Linie 22) in etwa 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle liegt direkt neben dem Hotel.
Das Frühstück war gut, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Leider war der Pool nicht sauber und wirkte ungepflegt.
Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses weiterempfehlen.

I have found hotels in Spain, generally very clean. That was the case with Vertis. There is a very small pool wall while children but still nice to be able to cool off in a hot day. The biggest problem was the parking lot is very tight hard to get into causing some damage to my Rent-A-Car instead of padding on the wall they put in abrasive material that Made the damage that should’ve been unnecessary
