The staff were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The only criticism, if any, were the parrots screeching in the building opposite my apartment. Again it wasnt a problem to me.

We had a great 7day stay at Hovima Panorama. The service from the personel was exceptionel. Rooms were modern and clean. Pool area was well kept and clean. The restaurant staff was very service minded and helpful with my food allergy(Gluten).
If I shall say something negativ it should be that the rooms are not sound isolated. You hear the nereby trafic. In the building next door parrots are being held at the roof. You hear them as well. Which can affect your sleep.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely clean and relaxing pool area. Requested a pool view which we were fortunate to get. Also, as we stayed half board, enjoyed the choice to swap evening meal for lunchtime meal. Would recommend to friends and family.

Nice and quiet. Staff very good and friendly. Lunchtime food good, evening food poor. Biggest complaint is about pool area. People leaving towels on sunbeds for anything up to 6 hours some days.
People coming to the pool and not being able to get a sunbed because of this. The management need to enforce the rules that they have on the notice boards all around the pool.

Easy access to the beach, near to cafes, but no problem with noise from bars. Nice breakfast and pool. Very clean.
However the neighbouring building has a lot of parrot aviaries on the roof - and they squawk incredibly loudly! Try to get a room on the far side of the hotel from the parrots!

la posizione è ottimale a 5o metri dalla passaggiata sul mare.A cena noi andavamo sempre verso le 20 cosi non dovevamo fare la coda al self service, il cibo discreto verdure crude sempre fresche,verdure cotte assenti,la pasta un po' scotta ma sicuramente non si và aTenerife per mangiare il primo piatto . I secondi a base di carne o pollo buoni ,in 9 giorni hanno fatto il barbecu di carne la prima volta con carne tenerissimala seconda volta un pò più dura ,il pesce sempre fatto al forno cosi così . hanno fatto una sera sogliole alla mugnaia buonissime . la camera con divano ad angolo enorme , materassi comodi .la pulizia su 9 gioni è stata fatto solo 6 giorni fatta bene , tranne per i sanitari non eccezzionale. ci tornerò ancora. simpatiche le cameriere di sala, anche se non ci capivamo molto..

Au calme, endroit apaisant, agréable.
Personnel très aimable, à l'écoute et chaleureux comme beaucoup des habitants de Ténérife.
Animations sympathiques pas envahissantes mais de qualité le soir mais aussi parfois l'après midi.
Ce n'est pas un gros complexe hôtelier ce qui en fait un endroit pleins de charmes.

Хорошее расположение отеля. В 5 минутах ходьбы 2 пляжа - если повернуть направо, выйдя из отеля, в сторону океана, далее пройти вдоль набережной в ту или другую сторону. Ближайшая Меркадона также в 5 минутах ходьбы, из отеля налево за перекрёстком. При отеле есть бесплатная парковка, что очень удобно, если вы планируете брать на прокат машину. Неплохие завтраки и ужины, при необходимости ужин можно разово обменять на обед. На территории отеля (у бассейна, на ресепшн, в ресторане) достаточно устойчивый Wi-Fi. По уборке так и не поняли. То убирали стабильно каждый день, то могли пропустить 1-2 дня. Сейф в номере платный, пляжное полотенце можно взять на ресепшн под залог в 15€.

First time to Tenerife very enjoyable would come back again hotel was good clean good selection of food and staff very friendly as we came in December it wold have been nice if ghee where extra blankets as it did get cold at night apart from that our stay was very enjoyable

hotel super bien placé tout près de la grande promenade et des plages petite infrastructure très calme studio confortable literie peut être a revoir mais correcte nous avons pris pension complète et mangions le midi au bar piscine repas très frais et très très copieux et le soir buffet très correct nous y reviendrons avec plaisir
