Room was incredibly clean. The Staff (considering it was the off season) did all they could to ensure that i had the best stay possible. The air conditioning worked a treat and i had a great time.

lovely hotel and friendly staff i would definitely re book this hotel again it's spotless and staff keep it well maintained and clean .. the sound loungers where hosed and cleaned everynight drinks where good

It was the preseason and only the rooms at HRGil were to be used.
Kettle and fridge in the room, which was great.
The mattress was soft and for my back not suitable.
2 days there were no orher guests on the lamdong, but when all rooms are fullyvbooked, the nousr increases. The wall seems to be made of a paper lining, you can hear your neighbor snore, turn in the bed, warch TV etc.
At 1-2 am guys return from drinking beer and so its noisy, one wakes up from sleeping.
There are no rules or curtesy to be quiet towards other sleeping guests.
This will stop me from returning. Unfortunately.

Chambre ancienne et très sale, avec des bêtes et des fourmis. Le lit de camp n’est pas du tout confortable. La douche est également très ancienne et peu pratique. Le personnel de ménage est cependant sympathique. En revanche, il n’y a pas de réception 24h/24, ce qui complique les choses lorsqu’on a un problème.

I had a very disappointing experience at HSR Gil. Our stay started poorly when the first room we were given had an ant infestation and we had to request a new room immediately. After moving rooms, the guests next door began shouting at us from their balcony and banging on the shared wall. Instead of addressing the situation, the hotel called our room and threatened that we could be removed and that the police might be called, even though we had not caused any disturbance. Overall, the experience felt very uncomfortable and unsupported, and I would not recommend this hotel based on how these issues were handled.

- je kan ontbijt bijnemen voor €9
- vriendelijk personeel!
- je kan gratis gebruik maken van de zwembaden van de andere hotels die aangrenzen.
- ook wanneer je uitgecheckt bent heb je achterna nog de mogelijkheid om te douchen + het gebruik van verse handdoeken! (Dit is echt een enorm pluspunt!!)
- Italiaans restaurantje naast het hotel is ook een aanrader.

Bonne réception.
La chambre est correct, avec un frigo dommage qu'il n'y est pas de micro-ondes.
Le bâtiment est mal isoler nous entendions les voisins, cela est très gênant.
Cependant nous avons passer un bon séjour en profitant de la piscine !

Rigtig fint lejlighed ældet dog lidt slidt. Helt fantastisk ejer og personale, de gjorde alt for at du skulle få et fantastisk ophold og jeg kommer helt sikkert igen. Poolen var lille men fin helt perfekt ikke for høj musikpin lille udvalg i baren masser af drikkevarer og vælge imellem og superservice 24 timer i døgnet

Beds are not comfy, balcony views are not great, shower in room 301 is definitely due an upgrade, but room was cleaned daily, reception is lovely and modern, pool is clean and refreshing, staff are lovely.

Booked room for one asking for a good view, the hotel was half empty when arrived, they offered to upgrade for "bigger room with sea view" as mine with a mountain view.
did it after a day it was exact same room different view.
Most terrible was that there was no air conditioning, when asked for help the offered a glass of ice.
