I was a bit worried because of other reviews… I honestly loved my stay! I can’t remember the name of the woman at the desk, I think Marina or Mariana, but she was AMAZING!!! This was just what we needed for a comfortable, no frills place to stay. Area was super convenient

Minha experiência no HTOP BCN City Hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. Desde a chegada, o quarto apresentava um forte odor de mofo, além de acúmulo de poeira e aspecto geral de pouca conservação e limpeza. Durante toda a estadia, a limpeza foi bastante superficial, sem a higienização adequada que se espera de um hotel que recebe turistas internacionais.
O ambiente também era extremamente barulhento. O quarto praticamente não possuía isolamento acústico, sendo possível ouvir conversas, portas batendo e movimentação nos corredores a qualquer hora. Poucos minutos após chegar no quarto tive uma crise de rinite e irritação na garganta devido ao odor camuflado por um “cheiro perfumado”, também a falta de silêncio tornou as noites ainda mais difíceis, prejudicando significativamente meu descanso.
Outro foi a ausência de comodidades básicas. O quarto não possuía frigobar, o que gerou grande desconforto durante dias de calor intenso em Barcelona, já que não era possível manter água gelada, bebidas ou medicamentos armazenados adequadamente. Também houve falta de cobertor.
Além disso, o sistema de chave física, que deve ser deixada na recepção ao sair, transmite sensação de insegurança e está muito abaixo do padrão encontrado na maioria dos hotéis atualmente.
Considerando o valor pago pelas diárias, a experiência ficou muito distante do esperado. O hotel necessita de melhorias urgentes em higiene, manutenção, conforto acústico e estrutura. Infelizmente, não recomendo a hospedagem.

Chambre un peu petite et surtout la salle d'eau.
Beaucoup de bruit dès que quelqu'un tirait la chasse d'eau (d'une autre chambre) car ce sont des sanibroyeurs.
Compliqué du coup pour dormir la nuit car le bruit est tellement fort que ça vous réveille.
Petit déjeuner correct, personnel très sympathique et bon emplacement.

Fin morgenmad. God placering ift metro og Sagrada Familia. Men meget lydt. Lydisolering mellem værelser var ikke eksisterende, og man kunne høre alt, der foregik på værelset ved siden af, ovenover og i trappeopgangen. Meget sødt personale

O único senão desse hotel é que não possui ar condicionado somente calefação . Como eu não sabia e estava calor acabei ligando a calefação pensando ser o ar condicionado mas logo percebi .

This is not a regular hotel it feels like little apartments. Horrible experience you hear the people and the toilet flushing from next door like if they were in your room. The place is all cement you hear people talking slamming doors. It’s like a party place. Noisy all night didn’t sleep at all both nights. They have construction next door as well. The rooms were so hot they said they do have ac but they couldn’t turn it on it's only seasonal.

Really ideal spot for the city, minutes from Sagrada Familia; staff were super helpful & friendly; room was clean although my sister couldn't get the coffee machine in the room to work but that might have just been her being thick ha ha. Great stay!!
