Chambre très vetuste et sale, aucune isolation très bruyant. Même si le prix est parfois attractif à éviter!!!

Segunda vez que me hospedo neste mesmo hotel. Staff muito atencioso, breakfast sensacional. Hotel com piscinas e bar com boa localização em Calella.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía estuvimos a gusto y disfrutamos de las piscinas...

Sauberes Zimmer und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Buffet morgens und abends war top und es gab sehr viel Auswahl.

Zimmer Service wurde nicht immer gemacht aber leckeres Frühstück und nettes Personal und kleine feine Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank oder Specials

No es la primera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y como las otras veces la atención recibida por parte del personal de recepción ha sido estupenda.

Mucho caos en el comedor, Falta mayor y mejor atención ya que tuve que recoger yo mismo la mesa y limpiarla para poder comer. Más personal en el comedor y dejar las mesas limpias y con cubiertos para los siguientes comensales. Hotel y ascensores un poco anticuados, falta una reformilla. El resto todo bien. Un parque nuevo para niños y el bar que aunque no está muy modernizado es grande y buena atención en general.

Very tired hotel. Room basic and sparse. The food was basic with not much variety. The dining room was very crowded at times with queues for food.

Por el motijo del viaje apenas hemos itilizado el hotel, salvo para dormir. Camas excesivamente rigidas

Kamers erg verouderd. Zwembad erg koud. Wel ontzettend lief personeel dus dat maakt heel veel goed. Locatie is ook top

Basic room but ok, very tired particularly the bathroom. Staff were friendly but unfortunately the hotel was full of school groups so every night we had screaming teenagers running up and down the halls with seemingly no intervention from anyone.

Very large hotel in a noisy area and a short walk from the sea front. Very large bar area with rows and rows of small round tables and chairs. Not very comfortable and bright lights so not somewhere you want to spend time at night. However bar staff were helpful and a good range of drinks. There was a tv lounge across from reception. The restaurant was very large and noisy. You had to hunt to find a table to share and then some of the time you were looking for cutlery and napkins etc. The staff were working very hard clearing the tables but finding it difficult to keep up with the volume of people including large school/sports groups. The food was ok and good value for money but not a relaxing experience. The bedroom was ok but a bit scruffy with cracked floor tiles and bathroom door poor condition. The hotel is very dated.

The room was cool with light bedding do in the night you were cold and the thermostat blew cold air. The room was big enough but paper thin walls so you could hear everything. The noise all night was horrendous. People shouting, baging and crashing around in the corridor until 3.30 am!
