Inmejorable experiencia por la gente que lleva el día del hotel. todos, absolutamente todos, han sido super amables y cariñosos. atentos, educados, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. el hotel está claramente para hacerle una reforma, sobre todo las habitaciones, pero lo que le falta a la infraestructura le sobra a los empleados. viajaba con mis tres niños y mi mujer, y nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos pedido y siempre con la mejor actitud. si vuelvo a Bilbao voy a considerar volver aquí por su gente!

No pudimos descansar en toda la noche ya que habia una alarma que no paraba de sonar...pensabamos que era de la calle, pero no, parece ser que procedia de alguna parte del hotel. Al dejar la habitacion ni siquiera pudimos comentarlo con nadie del hotel para que supieran ya que no habia nadie a quien poder comentarselo.

Most days only ham, bread and rock hard boiled eggs for the main breakfast, unless you are a cereal fan. Coffee was good, No juice twice, mostly stale pastries.
Rooms very clean. Air con not working. Staff wonderful.
