Perfect place for a family trip! Location couldn't be better for sightseeing and walking around this charming and historic city. We had everything we needed, including dishwasher and laundry and kitchen items, and the air conditioning was very welcome! Great value for the money. We would most definitely repeat the experience.

Boa no geral, quarto muito moderno e bem equipado. Para quem tem dificuldade com auto checkin, recomendo se antecipar com isso. A comunicação com o proprietário foi muito boa, sempre solicito. Pedimos um late checkout e não foi possível.
Se precisarem deixar as malas para fazer turismo/conhecer a cidade pós checkout, não recomendo. O anfitrião me recomendou um locker longe do local e longe dos locais mais centrais, na direção oposta a estação de ônibus, não valeria a pena deixar lá.
No mais, fora esses pequenos detalhes, foi uma boa estadia! Com certeza voltaria outra vez!!

Fantastic property. It served our needs. We stayed for two weeks. Only problem is that the air conditioning turns off automatically. This was annoying in the evening when we were sleeping. This is only a problem in the summer. I hope that change this at least in summer time. Other than this, everything was great!

This location doesn't have a traditional front desk, but they are great communicating via text and phone. When we needed a repair they were at our unit very quickly. They also proactively had our unit ready early when we told them we had an early morning train into Salamanca.

Estancia del 18/04/25 al 21/04/2025. Limpieza, ubicación, silencio, comodidad, espacio, etc.... Inmejorable. Si tuviese que buscar algo malo entre la montaña de cosas buenas sería que tuvimos que secarnos 4 días con las mismas toallas porque no sabíamos que solo se cambian en estancias de 5 noches o más y no cogimos ninguna de casa.

Fenomenal. Esta todo de lujo,muy limpio y preparado.Se puede aparcar cerca,la entrada muy facil.Un lugar muy tranquilo y a pocos pasos del pleno centro.Muy bien ubicado.En mi caso hasta me mejoraron la categoria y tenia un detalle.Voy a repetir seguro a 100%.Ya lo he recomendado a mis amigos
