Buona posizione e struttura moderna, ma pulizia e manutenzione decisamente da migliorare. La posizione è sicuramente un punto a favore: centrale e comoda per spostarsi facilmente. Anche il parcheggio sotterraneo con accesso diretto all’hotel è pratico, anche se piuttosto costoso. In alternativa si trova parcheggio gratuito nelle strade vicine. Purtroppo la camera non è stata all’altezza: già all’arrivo non era pulita e abbiamo avuto formiche in bagno e accanto al letto che sono tornate ripetutamente ogni giorno, nonostante la segnalazione in reception e il presunto intervento di “deep cleaning” da parte dello staff delle pulizie. Dopo l’ennesima notte con il problema, abbiamo chiesto un cambio stanza, ma ci è stato riferito che non era disponibile per mancanza di camere libere. Altro punto negativo importante è l’insonorizzazione praticamente inesistente: si sentono chiaramente rumori dai corridoi e dalle stanze vicine. Colazione invece ottima, varia e di qualità, sicuramente uno dei punti forti del soggiorno.

I don’t think that this property is appropriate if you are on business trip. Area too noisy at very late night and early morning. Breakfast is low quality. Too expensive.

I did not enjoy the music by the pool at all.

Flott hotell, men takterrassen var noe slitt. Mesteparten av sengene måtte en betale for. Her kunne også alle andre fra gata komme opp og sole seg/ bade. Litt rart. Nydelig restaurant på taket me stod mat. Perfekt beliggenhet

The room we got looked nothing like the “family loft” advertised. It was two single beds pushed together on one side and a sofa bed on the other, separated by a curtain. Not what the pictures suggested at all. The noise was a serious issue. Parties inside the hotel and a guest on the neighbouring balcony on the phone from 3am to 5am. We called reception multiple times that night and got no answer. When we brought it up the next morning, we were told we should have reported it — which was frustrating given that we tried and no one picked up. The neighbourhood itself is well located — easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. But even off-season, the area is quite loud, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. One last note: the hotel entrance is not easy to spot. Our Uber couldn’t find it and had to drop us some distance away — with three bags and two strollers, that’s not a small inconvenience. There’s potential here given the location, but between the misleading room photos, the noise, and the unhelpful response from staff, it fell well short of expectations.

Nossa estadia foi perfeita. Bem localizada e confortável.

Our stay was marked by extremely poor service from start to finish. Upon arrival, check-in took 15–20 minutes per guest, so if there is a queue, you can easily expect to wait 45 minutes or more, just like we did, even though there were only a few couples ahead of us. The cleanliness was also far from satisfactory. In addition, guests should be aware that more than half of the entire pool area is apparently owned by another company, meaning you have to pay extra for sunbeds — something we were never informed about beforehand, or could we find any information about when booking. A single sunbed costs €25, which is honestly outrageous. Where is this stated anywhere? Another issue was that guests are not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside, despite there being no clear information about this anywhere either. It felt like the hotel was making up its own rules regarding both sunbeds and outside food without properly informing guests before booking. The breakfast was very poor, and we ended up eating out every day instead. The staff provided bad service throughout the entire stay. We booked “The Loft Junior Suite,” but it felt more like an ordinary room that was simply a bit larger. Definitely not what you would expect from a suite.

Gutes Hotel.

Hotel ist schön, wir hatten Blick zum kleinen Pool. Der Pool oben im 5 OG ist der Hammer, nur das Wasser ist sehr kalt. Zimmer sind zwar schön, nur ich hatte das Pech, dass mein Bett nach Schweiß gerochen hat, ich habe verlangt das Bett neu zu überziehen, hat leider nicht geholfen, Geruch war trotzdem noch da. Im allgemein sauber, außer der Boden war meine Meinung nach nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Frühstück war sehr gut, abwechslungsreich.

Das Hotel war sehr gut und das was wir erwartet haben. Personal sehr nett und das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, das war sehr schön und wenn man möchte bekommt man auch ein Wasserkocher. Es gibt reichlich gute Geschäfte zum shoppen, ebenso auch zum essen. Zum Strand kam man sehr schnell, sprich sehr nah.
