Centro de santa cruz

Fresh clean thoughtfully-designed rooms with a great shower, PROPER bath towels, some free drinks, air conditioning, comfortable beds - the room was great. Rooftop bar and pool were also lovely.

Everything was really good.

Very friendly staff from reception to the waiters on the roof top bar. We had a short 3 night stay and the hotel was perfectly located for bars, cafes and good restaurants. I can definitely recommend it to any one looking for a city break in Tenerife. Also visit the Tenerife Auditorio….. a fantastic modern iconic building.

The hotel staff were excellent. They helped us with an early check in and checked in on our stay to ensure everything was okay. Loved the roof top terrace area with pool, great vibe for drinks. Wish it was open later. The location is very central with access to everything. Very comfortable hotel rooms and kettle provided (no milk so buy some) and water and soft drinks in the mini fridge. We had a balcony but it doesn’t have furniture, I would upgrade to the loft If budget allows it and you want to use the balcony .

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Stadt. Nahe zum Kreuzfahrtschiff Terminal. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Wir nahmen denn Bus vom Flughafen für knapp 10 Euro bis zum Busbahnhof und dann entweder Bus oder 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Sehr schönes Hotel mit sensationellem Pool. Leider keine Liegen am Pool da die Bar von jemand anderem betrieben wird. Sonst wäre es absolut perfekt. Wir haben übernachtet vor der Aida Reise.

The hotel is ideal for the tech savvy traveller but not so good if you don't have a smart phone. Information can only be accessed by QR codes! The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the facilities are very good overall. This was our third hotel on our journey around the islands and compared with the other two hotels the staff was less friendly, they were very efficient, just rather business-like. The breakfast was also rather disappointing and not worth €15. Overall, a good place to stay, close to many restaurants and places to visit.

Além do hotel ser novo, estar em boas condições e no centro de Santa Cruz, a equipe é sensacional. David e Stephania entregaram muito mais do que o solicitado.

Excellent front desk staff. This hotel is lucky to have these people working for them. Hotel is in a great location, steps away from tons of restaurant and shops, When/if I go back to Santa Cruz, I will stay here. Also, rooms are equipped with wireless charging stations for cell phones

Nice staff and facilities and location.

The hotel is located in the city center of Santa Cruz.There are plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner. All of the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is big enough and really clean. The bed and the pillows were extreamly comfortable.The TV is very modern and it was really great, that i could watch some different channels, not only on spanish. I had a balcony, but unfortunately couldnt use it, because there was no furniture. It will be nice to have a little chair and a table there. Also it was very loud otside. The breakfast was amasing and there was everything that you need. The big orange mashine was lovely, there were also smoothies, different kinds of fruits, bread, cereals, everything very fresh and delicious. On the roof top there is a lovely bar, where you can have a drink with a view. A have to mention ,that the outdoor pool is not really a pool where you can swimm. It is just a little area full with water and a higlight there ,that brings a fancy atmosphere, but thats it. I dont think that someone will ever go there to swimm. So you have to know this, before you pick up your bathing suit. Otherwise i found the hotel really great and my stay was really pleasant. I recommend it definitely.

Några dagars city break i Santa Cruz, och då är det här hotellet perfekt, även om det passar ännu bättre för affärsresenärer. Läget är mitt i centrum, nära affärer, restauranger, park mm. Rummet mycket modernt, bekvämt och rent - men inte så stort. Balkongen ger dock mer känsla av rymd, även om den inte är särskilt användbar utan möbler. Finns en spektakulär pool på taket med en bar och lounge area, säkert toppen när det är lite varmare än i januari. Personalen mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, men incheckningen var långsam. Kundinfo fördes inte över från hotels.com så allt bkev nanuellt. Frukosten mycket bra och i trevlig miljö. Restaurangen drivs dock av ett separat företag, så räkna inte med att den är öppen, stängt för middag alla tre dagar vi var där söndag-tisdag i samband med lokal helgdag. Hissarna är en trång sektor och undvik att komma med bil.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was spacious, clean and modern. It has usb chargers, chromecast and enough plug sockets. Rooftop bar and swimming pool was very convenient and can see views across Tenerife. Considering it was a very central location, noise was almost non existent, windows were clearly new and soundproofing installed very well. Showers were hot, quick and powerful. Shops, bars, transport links are on the door step with a nice park across the road. We paid for breakfast on our last day before our flight and it was plentiful, of good quality and standard. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we ever revisit Tenerife.

Bel hôtel placé en centre ville Toutes les visites se font à pieds Le personnel est très attentionné et le petit déjeuner varié et délicieux. La piscine telle un aquarium suspendue dans le vide mérite le détour. Pour le parking prévoir 18€ par jour dans un parking public à 10 minutes à pieds. Seul point noir, nous entendions tous les bruits de la chambre d’à coté à travers la porte communicante pourtant bien fermée !

Great rooftop paddling (not swimming) pool. Small but well equipped gym. Strange room service hours (not 24 hr). Hard to find parking further up the street (not on-site) made worse by unfriendly reception staff. Roof access limited to certain hours. Quiet comfortable rooms with great showers and large beds.
