The hotel was good, with a nice clean pool area and friendly staff. The only reason I’ve marked it as 4 stars is because the karaoke bar opposite is just so loud!

This property is located right next to a very loud karaoke and music venue that operates every night of the week until midnight. While we don’t mind some background noise, this was extremely excessive. Unfortunately, it completely ruined our two-week holiday. The manager made no effort to address the issue. I strongly advise against booking this property for a two-week stay.

Rigtigt godt hotel til prisen! Klasser over de andre i nærheden. Særligt fællesområderne er cool og lækkert holdt - står skarpt og klar til skøn afslapning. Og så ligger det tæt på områdets absolut bedste cala: Cala Esmeralda!

Lovely, modern hotel perfect and ideal for kids yet it still felt peaceful in July. All the staff were helpful and friendly. There a few niggles such a no extractor fan in the kitchen and the lights not workijg initially however all and all a lovely trip. We will definitely book again!

Hotellet har problemer med ventilasjon/fukt og/eller mugg. Dette skapte problemer for oss under oppholdet, og min sønn med astma trengte økt dosering av medisinen sin på natterstid siden luftkvaliteten i leiligheten var langt fra tilfredstillende. Hotellet har grei plassering i Cala d’Or, fint bassengområde og oppusset resepsjon.

It was a decent stay, hotel’s location is perfect for visiting beaches nearby in Cala d’or. Pool is also quite nice, wasn’t crowded during the day. It’s family friendly hotel that I can say. Kids from other guests were having fun.

We had an amazing stay, everyois spotlessly clean, the staff are so helpful, friendly and kind. The apartments are large, we also had a really lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. Comfortable beds and a super shower and bath in the spacious bathroom. Great central location, an easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful cove/beach. Fabulous restaurant on the doorstep, lots of choices available. The pool and gardens were lovely and everything was very well maintained. We have stayed at Inturotel properties in the past and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again, excellent value

Hotel bien situado en Cala d’Or para explorar las playas de la zona. El centro del pueblo está relativamente cerca pero está en una zona tranquila. Personal amable y parking (aunque pequeño y con suelo de tierra) en las instalaciones, la mini-cocina estaba bien equipada y en la bañera el agua se regulaba bien.

El hotel es perfecto. El personal muy amable, se preocupan de que todo esté bien, cuidan los detalles. Las instalaciones están muy bien, habitaciones equipadas. Ideal para familias. Limpio, ordenado, espacioso y tranquilo.

Love this hitel very central

The hotel self is very modern and clean. It’s apartment style for family, which equipped with living room and a kitchen. We have everything to cook basic meals for both of us. Location is quiet and safe. It’s a hour away from Palma airport by car. Mallorca gets dark by 7 pm. We checked in after dark. The parking lot is behind the hotel. It took us 3 times to located. Otherwise location is quiet and safe. We stayed in Mallorca for 4 nights. We were only able to book for 2 nights and had to stay another hotel for 2 nights, which is overpriced comparing with this one.

Fint sted. Havde værelse ud mod poolen, som var rigtig fint. Vi havde dog ikke helt forstået, at det var en del af en kæde, så billedet fra bestillingsside med en morgenmadsbuffet, er fra et af de andre hoteller i byen. Og så logger der en bar skråt overfor hotellet, som har forskellig optrædender hver aften og der er karaoke inden og efter. Det var mindre fedt…

Trevligt område med shopping, restauranger och fina stränder

The unique thing about this hotel that this is a chain of hotels which are close to each other. the Inturotel Esmeralda Park has many facilities which are available to the resindents of other Inturotel hotels. It has access to the fantastic individual beach below the swimming pools cascades. A buitiful view. Huge breakfast and dining facilities are available at the Park hotel to all Inturotel visitors. At the same time the Esmeralda Garden hotel is a small lovely place not as overcrouded as the Esmeralda Park. It has own lovely swimming pool and it is quieter and less crouded compared to the pool at Esmeralda Park. Near the hotel at least 3 supermarkets at 5 min walk, many other shops, and there are tapas restaurants who offer also a cheesburger with cheeps at an affordable price. Different dining options for different budgets. There are two big play areas for kids and adults which my daughter adored: trampolines, inflatables, electric racing cars, and other. The karaoke bar nearby was fantastic, they had great shows every evening inviting singers to perform from 9-10:30 pm alongside normal karaoke activities at all other times. You come there, order drinks and enjoy the shows. Inturotel was a real discovery for us, definitely coming back. Enjoyed every minute, never had such a variety of activities placed on one spot. No need for a car, accessing everything we need by walking, enough fun for 10 days of stay. There is a car rental nearby, but many buses available.

Located in a busy and noisy tourist area. We were looking for quiet and this is not it! Very Loud music every night from near by bar. A hotel this size should be able to influence the noise level of their neighbors. Room was nice, comfy bed. No clean sheets or towels the entire week.

Von Ankunft bis Abfahrt war alles super, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder.

Dette er et super dejligt hotel, hvor billederne ikke skuffer. Lokationen er perfekt med kun en kort gåtur ind til cala d’or centrum. Hotellet er en del af et stort resort bestående af andre inturotel hoteller, der omringer Esmeralda strand. Det er muligt at benytte disse hotellers faciliteter med blandt andet flere forskellige pools at vælge imellem. Hotellet ligger 5 minutters gågang fra de andre hoteller og stranden. Dette hotel er et lidt mindre befolket hotel end de andre, hvilket gør hotellet ideelt for rejsende der ikke ønsker at bo midt i et stort resort, men stadig ønsker et hotel/resort af høj standard på trods af dets kun 3 stjerner. Personalet var meget venligt, dog var det lidt svært at kommunikere på engelsk, men ikke umuligt. Alt i alt er det et super dejligt hotel jeg varmt kan anbefale til andre.
