I recently stayed at this accommodation during my trip to Spain, and it was the most unsatisfactory experience I had. Here are the reasons for my dissatisfaction: 1. Upon my arrival at the hotel in the evening, I found the main gate locked and requiring a password to unlock. To obtain the password, I had to check-in and provide my information online, which I missed. However, the hotel did not attempt to contact me through any other means, and the online registration process was cumbersome. It took me nearly 15 minutes to complete. 2. The room was stuffy and lacked proper ventilation. If I wanted to have some fresh air, I had to open the windows. However, due to the hotel's proximity to a bar, it was quite noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. 3. The mattress was too soft, and after just two nights of staying, I started experiencing backaches and discomfort. 4. The shower water was excessively hot. I initially thought it was my mistake, so I kept adjusting the temperature, but the water remained scalding hot. (I usually shower with water at around 42 degrees Celsius.) On the positive side, there were a few good aspects: 1. The receptionist, particularly a female staff member, had a friendly and welcoming smile. 2. The location of the accommodation was ideal. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my stay at this accommodation.

Location is perfect! There's are many good restuarant nearby but not noisy. Staff are helpful. Better have hot water pot/ coffee making machine at room.

Great hotel, clean room, excellent location with helpful and friendly staff. Definitely recommend if staying in Granada.

Nice hotell

Great location for walking around central area. Ice cream shop within 20 second walk was fab . Staff were super friendly and helpful, and helped book a vegetarian restaurant Hicuri for us. Hicuri was excellent and bars in that area were also fun to try out.

Great location to everything! Showed up early thinking I would just drop off my bags and go walk around until check in time, but they had my room ready and gladly checked me in early. It's right next to the famous cathedral, indoor market, lots of cages, and the best Italian I've cream place called Grillo. Bus stops 5 minutes from the hotel. Would stay at this hotel in a heartbeat!

Comfortable matress but terrible pillows. Very small room. Noisy. You have to walk 10min to get to the parking so its not convenient but the hotel itself is well located and staff were nice.

Perfectly located next to the cathedral and restaurants and shops. Comfortable , modern rooms.

Lovely hotel. Centrally located on a little square (Plaza had 2 ice-cream parlours!). Hotel staff were lovely and Concierge knew the city offering helpful recommendations. Breakfast was definitely worth it too and the perfect way to start the day. V happy.
