Hôtel de haut standing, très beau et bien situé. Beaucoup d'espaces piscines, pas de difficulté à trouver une place sur un transat (en mai). Personnel aux petits soins et très sympathique. Buffet varié et restaurants de qualité. L'expérience platinium est un vrai plus. Je recommande cet hotel à 100%

Waren schon zum 3x in diesem Hotel. Sehr zufrieden mit den Betten+Matratzen, der Zimmergröße, dem Balkon (seitl. Meerblick), der Ausstattung, den Mahlzeiten (HP, wir finden das Essen dort sehr lecker - finden immer etwas Passendes), Außenterrasse zum Essen, kostenloses Wasser (Spender) in jedem Flur, wo die Zimmer abgehen, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, netter kleiner dunkler Sandstrand in Fußnähe, gute Lärmdämmung in den Zimmern und alles sehr großzügig gebaut.

Room was clean great view. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The architecture and both indoor and outdoor gardens and fountains well maintained and extraordinary. Easy access to the beach. A great value and a very pleasant stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und angelegt. Auch die Aussicht aufs Meer ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist nur schon etwas älter und sollte in Teilen renoviert werden. Das Essen ist ganz gut, nur wiederholt es sich recht schnell. Die Kellner sind überwiegend sehr freundlich, könnten allerdings etwas öfter nach Getränken fragen.

Great hotel min general, awesome views, awesome Platinum pool area. F&B staff not great, lots of complaints from another guests as well. I heard one pretty bad fight with the manager as well. I only want to mention Claudio, he was very rude. I am running 9 restaurants back at home and the customer service here was poor to me.

Ich war eine Woche mit meinem Partner Ende April / Anfang Mai in dem Hotel. Es hat uns super gefallen, die ganze Anlage war total sauber und auch das Zimmer war in einem Top Zustand. Das Essen war sehr vielseitig und es ist für jeden was dabei - alles hat auch super geschmeckt. Wir hatten ‚nur‘ das ‚normale‘ All inklusive (nicht das Platin) aber das war völlig ausreichend. Wir haben jederzeit alle Getränke bekommen die wir wollten. Die Pool-Area war auch total sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl das Hotel sehr viele Zimmer hat & auch gut besucht war, hat man nie was von anderen Gästen gehört wenn man auf dem Zimmer war. Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub. Ich würde das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen und komme auch gerne wieder :)

I've been in lots of all inclusive hotels and resorts in Turkey, Mexico, Domenican Republic, .... This one was the worse exprience ever. -All inclusive is a joke for this hotel. they only serve food and snack till 9:30 P.M and there is no room service. -food is poor in quality and variaty. -Poor amenities. -Poor entertainment. -As an all incluse customer you need to pay extra for every simple things like cabanas, lots of beverages (Alcoholic ones) even for coffee if you order at hello bar and if you order a simple cocktale you would get sugary syrop and ice. -They have 2 small pools and they ask you deposit for pool towels. -No Hot tub for you, just if you pay extra as a platinum member. No toiletery in bathroom. there is just one low quality shampoo. Don't even expect hair conditionnar. And, don't let them to fool you that you are treated better if you pay more for delux rooms. Beach access is closed. The only Pro was the cleanliness if you don't consider insects in your room and somewhat worn out sheets and towls.
