訂家庭房，比預期中空間稍有落差，對價位不便宜的客房居然沒有咖啡壺，頗為失望。在入住前未能將用品備齊到預定入住人數的份量，還需要逐一催討，細心度尚待加強。客房清潔服務人員態度很好也很隨和，餐廳服務人員提供客房服務也會給予出奇的驚喜。周遭環境很便捷，前往會議廳也很方便!!

離海邊很近，附近有商場，很方便

交通用餐購物方便，很棒的飯店

每日清潔確實，鄰近CCIB開會方便，距離捷運站及購物中心方便

The hotel overall was pretty good, bar and restaurant staff were excellent. The problem i encountered was that despite choosing to pay at the hotel, the hotel tried to take payment a week prior to my stay, on a cancelled credit card and cancelled the booking without notification when the payment failed. I booked months in advance and didn't receive any notification from them. I was forced to make a new booking on a higher rate (of course). Despite multiple emails back and forth that were initially ignored, I'm still awaiting an apology for the lack of notification, only apologising for the ignored emails. It left a bad taste in my mouth during my stay and I regretted rebooking with them. If you have a problem there, prepare to be met with arrogance.

Zimmer naja personal okay

I had a 4 night stay here with my wife and two children. The hotel was clean and no noise at all during the night / early morning in terms of doors banging or people above you, I had a great sleep for the 4 nights. The room was cleaned daily and left looking fantastic and the area was good (15 mins taxi from centre of Barcelona, Catalonia square) and there’s a huge shopping centre across from the hotel with everything you could need, as we all some good restaurants at pretty good prices. The breakfast, like many people mention does let this down for what you pay, it’s not terrible but it’s not great and could be better. The beach is directly behined the hotel and is around 6 minutes walk, really easy to get to if you fancy a strolll down the beach. Staff at the hotel were fine and helpful and the pool was great for the kids, and I can’t really complain or say anything bad about the 4 nignt stay. Would I come back … possibly, only reservation would be for the fact I’d prefer to be a bit closer to the centre, but it’s not that bad for €15 in a taxi and there are taxis all outside the hotel, so no issue there. Overall I rate this hotel 4/5 stars and only the breakfast could be a bit better. I have stayed all over the world in many hotels from 5 stars in Singapore to Hilton’s and Mariots in Vietnam and New York and I’ve also stayed in a Few 2 stars over the years This hotel is what it says, a 4 star and worth what you pay and I would recommend it for a nice break

Excelente atención, habitacion super limpia, solo creo q la alberca es pequeñita y el agua fria y hay mucha gente, pero los tragos y la comida riquisima. En general, todo muy bien . Volveria sin dudas.

Problème de prises électriques qui ne marchent pas Chasse d eau qui fuit

Sijainti vähän kaukana ytimestä. Kulkuyhteydet kuitenkin ihan hyvät. Allasalue aika pieni ja ainakin kesäkuussa hyvin ruuhkainen. Lähimpään hiekkarantaan lyhyt kävelymatka.
