Bra hotel med all inklusive. Maten bra Sköna sängar och fin havsutsikt.

Quite limited all inclusive offer. You are asked to pay for certain products such ice cream at the bar, the drinks are 3 per day per person only. While in the other hotel we were staying for longer period everything was included in all inclusive option that here at the lobby the coffee is priced and there is info about not refilling the water from the big bottle container. The all inclusive refers to the restaurant only. We were staying 1 night only and even though we had arrived late and knew that we are going to miss 1 meal still went for all inclusive to avoid paying for drinks. I would not imagine myself to stay in this hotel for 1 or 2 weeks holiday period. The limitations are frustrating. The food in the restaurant was very good though. The variety of food was big as well. The receptionists were more than helpful so giving them 5*. The view from the terrace was nice, however the other side of the hotel’s view wasn’t particularly attractive as there was a huge wall with graffiti on. The room was spacious and modern and it had a kitchenette. We were happy from having that room. It’s not bad hotel, however the limitations put us off from booking it again.

The signage was misleading so we spent a lot of time trying to find our room. Towels were dirty and we had to have them changed and there was no hand soap in the bathroom room. There were no double beds we had to join two single beds.

Dårlig service i resepsjonen. Tykke og harde puter. Vi fikk ikke nye håndklær på 5 dager. Det var mye bråk og dårlig akustikk i spisesalen. God mat.

This hotel is an absolute disaster and a waste of money. The only way to reach the rooms is by stairs, making it a nightmare with luggage. The constant hammering from ongoing construction is unbearable—I have video proof. The bathroom is a joke, with no shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. The in-room phone is dead, making it impossible to reach the front desk. The noise levels make sleeping impossible, turning nights into torture. Cleaning is pathetic, and the so-called “free parking” is almost never available. Spending hundreds of dollars here with family is beyond frustrating—this place is a scam.

All inclusive but they know their way to get money. 40€ to keep the room one hour (until 12), they save money on cleaning (you don’t want to look under the bed!), one day we did’t get bed linen, another day they forgot to refill towels. Food was good. The possibility to get away from the busy and noisy mail buffet two night a week was appreiciated (just be aware you have to pay for wine yourself these nights). Pool area is nice. Short distance to beach at Anfi and just a short walk over the mountain (2k) to Puerto Rico

Great hotel but the food wasn’t great

Fnt rom, stor terrasse, bra pool, hyggelig betjening. Stort minus at det ikke var restrauranter i nærheten av hotellet og særdeles støyende frokostsal

Very friendly staff and very nice facilities. Unfortuantely the playground for children was under construction.

Helt ok. Hyggelig innsjekk. Litt slitent hotell, ikke veldig godt renhold. Sluket i vasken på badet var tett, og det var maur på kjøkkenbenken. Rom med havutsikt - og den er fin, men det støyer ganske mye fra havet, og bølgene som slår mot steiner rett utenfor. Frokosten var grei, men frokostsalen har helt grusom akustikk og også svært høyt støynivå. Brukte ikke bassengområdet så kan ikke si noe om det. Kort vei å gå til Anfi stranden som er veldig fin.

We have stayed here at least 3 times before, this time there were a number of issues. Wrong apartment put against key card, wifi not working as DOB not put into system, kitchen equipment very lacking , not even a bottle opening or corkscrew, only 1 knife, no glasses , not everyone is AI. Complained to reception, they sent housekeeper, they bought along a colander and a saucepan !! Issue never resolved

An overall nice stay! Food was very nice and the themed dinners were really good! Pool areas were nice and the drinks were okay!

Lidt slidt. Ikke super for gangbesværede. Store højdeforskellen, men mindskes i nogen grad af relativt effektivt elevatorsystem( skal dog bruge 3 forskellige lift systemer)

Lå langt fra by, ingen sandstrand kun pools. Mest til all inclusive forfærdelig larm i restaurent. Manglede lidt smilende personale

Rent og ryddig. God mat og drikke. Litt ubehagelig at heisen stoppet og lyset gikk. Alarmknappen fungerte og vi var ute etter fem minutter.

Appartement spacieux avec un très grand balcon. La douche sans dénivelé est spacieuse, avec un peu de moisissure au sol. 17 min de marche pour aller à la plage la plus proche, très agréable. Stationnement gratuit possible à proximité. La nourriture est variée et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est très avenant.

El personal muy amable. La comida en general bien y variada. La zona en la que estaba la habitación era tranquila.

En 8 dias me limpiaron un día la habitación y no me cambiaron las toallas. El día de la llegada no comí ya k llegué a las 19:00 h y el día de salida no me dejaron comer por ese dia La habitación me daba encima de la teja Ana del bar y del aperitivo no tenía las vistas k decían a la piscina El personal del comedor y recepción muy bien. No pienso volver a ese hotel

La experiencia Mala al llegat por parte del recepcionista Miguel que de mala gana y hablando subido de Voz dijo q la entrada es a las 3 cosa que ya sabiamos pero la forma que el se expresa abrupta y nada profesional! De ahi la habitacion bien , la limpieza , lo mejor la comida estaba bien, ahora las bebidas alcolicas ina porqueria! A no ser que tomes cerveza , mal! Esos cockteles , vino y sangria son de los barato , barato , nada agradable . Para mi es un hotel 3 estrellas no 4 como se valora ellos, algun personal tambien malhumorado, deve ser que no hay sugicinete personal para atender la barra. NO VOLVERE!

No me gustó nada pasarme 3 horas del sabado por la tarde sin hamaca porque la gente dejaba sus toallas y no aparecían, ni las quitaban aún habiendo un cartel que decia que, a los 30min se retiraban.
