浴巾角落有明顯的大片血漬。
櫃子內的層板和洗手檯台面也有灰塵，感覺像很久沒有人入住。
訂房時預定吸菸房，住宿給了禁菸房。
無提供熱水瓶，需付費租借且要等30分鐘以上。
另租借餐具遲遲未送，至櫃檯或餐廳拿取較快。
房門上已掛請勿打擾吊牌，但未到退房時間房務卻敲門催促退房。建議若需聯繫房客可先播館內電話，以避免遇到依珊不整的尷尬情況。

A equipe da recepção foi perfeita. Desde o checkin comas meninas no dia 20 anoite até o ckeckout com Javier hoje. A equipe do restaurante noturno não é muito receptiva (exceto o Samuel que nos atendeu no dia 20).

Room was great, clean and comfortable. Minor issue with the plumbing in the shower (bad smell, bad design of the plumbing when the hotel was built I think) but the staff was helpful and understanding. Good hotel and good service despite this inconvenience.
