What an absolutely lovely hotel! I had some mixed reviews on the internet about this hotel, but I will tell you disregard all of them and not hesitate to book your holiday here. The hotel is clean, tidy, the staff are so lovely and kind. I speak some Spanish and the lady at the front desk spoke to me slowly and clearly which I really appreciated. We had a sea view room and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a very comfy bed, a spacious bathroom. The room also comes with a safe and there is a decent amount of storage space. The beach is a 2min walk just across the road. There are so many restaurants nearby, I would strongly recommend Nacho Bell which is about a 5min walk. The rooftop pool is lovely and a great addition to the hotel. The breakfast is incredible, there is so much variety, there is something for everyone, including non dairy milks and yoghurts which I appreciated. Thank you to Melia Costa Del Sol for their excellent hospitality!

Fräscht hotell med många valmöjligheter på mat, pool, träning mm. Stannade bara en natt så svårt att bedöma helheten. Lite smårum (Junior svit) för att vara två vuxna med ett barn. Rekommenderar att boka större rum om man stannar längre.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Minuspunkt ist dass, die Getränke beim Abendessen extra bezahlt werden müssen. Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich .Leider gibt es am Hotelpool nicht genügend Liegen für alle Gäste, sodass es schwierig war, einen freien Platz zu bekommen. Auch die Liegen am Strand direkt vor dem Hotel sind kostenpflichtig. Man musste früh kommen, um überhaupt noch einen Platz zu bekommen. In der ersten Reihe kostete eine Liege 20 Euro, in den hinteren Reihen

Lokatie perfekt. Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijtbuffet zeer goed.
2 minpunten
- bij aankomst 1 piepklein flesje water als service op de kamer. Dit werd de volgende dagen niet aangevuld.
- het airco systeem op de kamer is voor het hotel zeer economisch. Maar de kamer is na een avondje eten niet meer koel te krijgen gedurende de nacht. Zweten dus.

Personnel accueillant pour certains pas du tout aimable pour d autres
Nous avions séjourné il y a 2 ans dans cet hôtel et sommes revenus espérant retrouver une qualité identique
Le qualité du buffet s est beaucoup dégradée , aucune variété dans les plats , manque de fraîcheur dans les fruits et légumes servis, aucune spécialité locale

Overall a very good hotel, excellent rooms, housekeeping, front desk, activity areas. The beds have good quality memory foam mattresses - quite firm - I know that very personal, and was to my taste. The rooms even when the hotel are quiet.
For me the breakfast, though comprehensive and looks great lacked ingredient's quality, the bread was tasteless and scrambled eggs were almost cold and also very bland. I thought for the cost per night (€270) this let the hotel down. I did try the breakfast again on a second occasion but had a similar experience so ended up eating breakfast at one of the beach front restaurants.

Misleading advertisement, they claimed three pools, but in fact, you have access to 2 you have to pay for a whole other category to access the third. Buffet was like a seniors camp cafeteria again if you pay more, you can upgrade to better amenities, misleading booking online items like Netflix or advertised, but don’t work. Construction in the hotel next-door so you hear the drilling in the morning.

Attention, réserver une chambre avec "vue mer" signifie en réalité qu'il faut se pencher depuis le balcon pour voir un morceau de mer. C'est hyper trompeur, alors portant que les prix sont élevés. Par ailleurs la nourriture est vraiment fade de chez fade, et ne varie pas. Enfin j'ai trouvé que les responsables ne sont pas très respectueux du client. En bref, le prix payé ne correspond ni à un 4 étoiles ni aux prestations promises. Je suis très très déçu de cette chaîne d'hôtels qui a portant bonne réputation.

My rooms shower glass door was not opening and my phone in my room had no dial tone. After going down to the lobby twice to have repair man come it took an hour for him to arrive and he fixed the shower door but not the phone. Anytime I had an inquiry I had to go back to the lobby to ask. Half the staff at the front desk don’t smile or welcome questions. Food is mediocre, only thing food is the size of the room and location for beach use.
