Misleading advertisement, they claimed three pools, but in fact, you have access to 2 you have to pay for a whole other category to access the third. Buffet was like a seniors camp cafeteria again if you pay more, you can upgrade to better amenities, misleading booking online items like Netflix or advertised, but don’t work. Construction in the hotel next-door so you hear the drilling in the morning.

Best breakfast in the world! Nice view of beach. Very convenient to walking and dining.

Attention, réserver une chambre avec "vue mer" signifie en réalité qu'il faut se pencher depuis le balcon pour voir un morceau de mer. C'est hyper trompeur, alors portant que les prix sont élevés. Par ailleurs la nourriture est vraiment fade de chez fade, et ne varie pas. Enfin j'ai trouvé que les responsables ne sont pas très respectueux du client. En bref, le prix payé ne correspond ni à un 4 étoiles ni aux prestations promises. Je suis très très déçu de cette chaîne d'hôtels qui a portant bonne réputation.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a wonderful experience. I love the pool on the roof deck all the restaurants and walking distance. The staff was exceptional. Great spot.

Alles rundherum perfekt

My rooms shower glass door was not opening and my phone in my room had no dial tone. After going down to the lobby twice to have repair man come it took an hour for him to arrive and he fixed the shower door but not the phone. Anytime I had an inquiry I had to go back to the lobby to ask. Half the staff at the front desk don’t smile or welcome questions. Food is mediocre, only thing food is the size of the room and location for beach use.

The place was nice, the food unfortunately was not very bland stuff and for the price for half board seriously isn’t worth it. I went for a week and on day 2/3 got food poisoning form the hotel food. Spoke to the front desk and didn’t really do anything about it. Even when leaving they never asked me how was my stay nothing. Some staff members we nice but as an overall trip I didn’t enjoy the stay at all and thought it was incredibly over priced.

The rooms are much too small.

This is an amazing hotel with beautiful rooms and views, a spectacular rooftop pool with lunch served as well as a full bar. This hotel is SPOTLESS!! My only issue here was trying to get laundry service. Apparently I filled the form out wrong so they wouldn’t take my laundry. I had to redo the form. ( me and my roommate) apparently filled it out wrong AGAIN because there’s a section for male and female! Then I got a call to clarify with I wanted to!! 1.5 days later I got laundry!

Fantastic stay

Rooms are small but very comfortable. Coffee and tea is available in room, refrigerator is stocked with drinks, chocolate, and nuts. Cleaning staff is friendly and efficient.

Perfect location with good-sized room facing the Mediterranean! Staff is ultimate professionals without exception! Breakfast was out of this world especially liked the focus on locally produced product offerings

Excellent breakfast

The third time staying here and cannot say a bad word about the hotel. A nice place to stay with everything local that you need for a very pleasant holiday. Would highly recommend and will be back next year.

Værelse så godt som rent, men der var bist glemt at fjerne støv (i længere tid) under sengeborde.venligt personale. Synes dog at det var lidt dårligt at vi først kunne få værelse 15.20( indtjekning 14.00) Morgenmad god. Aften buffet dårlig.
