Un hotel muy bonito, súper bien situado, la playa a 100 metros caminando, el desayuno buenísimo. El único tema fue el check-in, es bastante tardado, pero unos días antes ellos envían un correo donde puedes agilizar tu check-in previo a tu llegada, que es algo que yo no hice, pero sugiero lo hagan, porque esperamos como 10-15 mins para registrarnos.

I have no words to describe how wonderful our experience was. The hotel is impeccably maintained and has an excellent location right across from the promenade, with magnificent views of the beach. The staff were very professional and attentive at all times. A special shout-out to the doorman, Jacqueline. Overall, a 10 out of 10.

第一次遇到发票不给开，两晚我都是在hotel.com上订的，怎么说就是只给我开第二晚的。第一晚让我找hotel.com网站要发票。酒店也没有游泳池，健身房很小，早餐也不是很丰盛。本来想住三晚，想要一个面向大海的，让一晚上额外缴15欧，所以最后只住了两晚，最后一晚住的五星酒店，价格和这个一样，比起来好太多了。再也不会住这里了。

Excelente esse hotel. Realmente nota 10. Cortesia e atenção dos empregados, principalmente da manutenção e do café da manhã. Bem em frente à praia . Vista completa do mar se pegares um suíte double sea view.

My family and I we're looking forward to staying at this hotel which was nice however, the staff were not as helpful as they could have been:
- there was a mix up with the dates and they refused to accountability for this
- they were unfriendly in how they handled the situation
- unaccomodating and inflexible so don't expect any treatment than a standard hotel.
I've been to hotels all over the world where they go out of their way to make the guest feel welcome and cared not, not here unfortunately.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a lovely view of the water. Parking was easy and convenient. The restaurant staff was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. The hotel is a bit farther from the center, which was a little challenging for me because I have difficulty walking. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Marta and David were fantastic! David helped us figure out the parking AND reserved a table at a restaurant for one of our dinners when we weren't brave enough to call ourselves and try our Spanish. Marta shared some great tips of places to stop as we drove to our next stop in Vigo.
The hotel overall was phenomenal. Huge room. Great view. Dinner in the restaurant one night when I could not walk anymore was both AMAZING and so convenient. But the service and the food...cannot give both a big enough chef's kiss!
