美利亞塞維利亞飯店

The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect.

飯店似乎備有不同語言的翻譯，問了來自台灣之後就請了一個會說中文的人員來，即使不會英文也沒關係~

Seville is a beautiful city and the Melia was the perfect place to stay for our short trip.

En general el hotel está muy bien situado, las instalaciones están muy bien conservadas, parece que ha podido tener una reciente puesta al día pero me ha dejado un sabor agridulce un par de asuntos. Por un lado el desayuno era completo pero no de especial calidad, por otro, lo que más me molesta es que reserve el hotel en parte por tener parking, mandé dos mensajes al hotel a través de la plataforma de hoteles.com preguntando para reservar el mismo y nunca me contestaron. Al llegar me enteré que el parking estaba en obras hasta principios de septiembre... Por suerte era finales de agosto y había posibilidad de aparcar en las cercanías del hotel en zona azul. Pienso que no contestaron a mis mensajes precisamente por preguntar sobre el parking...

Location pool and overall service

Le personnel de « The Level » a été aux petits soins tout au long du séjour, avec une attention personnalisée et un service irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner et les prestations dans la zone privée étaient excellents, avec un choix varié et raffiné. La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse, décorée avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le lit était extrêmement confortable ainsi que les coussins. Nous garderons un souvenir exceptionnel de cette expérience et reviendrons sans hésiter. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

Well located with very friendly staff.

Property was lovely, beautiful view of plaza de espana, rooftop pool was refreshing, unfortunately not enough lounge chairs or umbrellas for guests in the summer heat this is needed. Drinks and food were good, some staff friendlier than others. Rooms were cozy and clean. Location ideal for walking to local sights. Only issue parking on site is not included. Hotel should consider including parking voucher.

The hotel room was hot as hell. We stayed up all night the first night and the hotel refused to change our rooms. The next day I picked up my stuff and left although we were booked for 2 days. There was no iron or iron board in the room and the hair dryer that was there wouldn’t work as well. Overall terrible experience despite all the positive reviews that I Saw before booking it and I will never go back again. They didn’t even offer to reimburse back one night of stay for this terrible experience

Repeat visitor - as this hotel is so perfect. Amazing rooms, location, facilities, breakfast, food & drinks at all the bars. We would highly recommend to all visitors to Seville.

Everything was perfect, especially the hotel staff, who were truly fantastic. Our daughter was allowed to stay with us in the room free of charge, and her breakfast was also complimentary. We visited Sevilla during the Feria and received great tips as well as invitations to the hotel’s own caseta. A wonderful and memorable stay!

Helpful staff and great facilities.

Hotel is very cool and calm with great air con which is so nice when it’s 40+ degrees outside! All staff were lovely and arrangements for your last day were great with a complementary shower room bookable for 30mins. Breakfast was great with nice setting and good choice, my only improvement would be better coffee. Bedroom was well set up and a good size. There’s no kettle as standard but you can ask for one. The cleaning service was excellent and friendly, lots of towel replacements etc. Pool area was lovely - a great, relaxed vibe with adults and families together and a nice bar. Location is also very good: very near Plaza de España, hop on hop off bus stop and a short walk to cathedral and Real Alcázar. I’d definitely recommend a stay here.
