Hotellet ligger meget sentralt til. Badet var preget av fukt/mugg. Ikke heldig. Mye støy fra lobby/restaurant opp til rommet. Veldig lytt.

Large room with comfortable bedding. Only thing lacking was having take stairs to your room. Breakfast was well presented and self serve. Enjoyed the coffee and croissants each morning along the Spanish ham very tasty

Lovely clean and spacious rooms, with a great breakfast in the morning. Fab location close to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Mysigt hotell med bra läge. God frukost som vi åt på den mysiga innegården. Perfekt med den lilla poolen på taket.

La position géographique de l'hôtel sur Palma est excellente, la propreté et le service très bien. Deux bémols: le patio (qui est magnifique) est très fréquenté le soir ce qui fait que l'hôtel est très bruyant enfin la piscine n'a rien à voir avec les photos de l'hôtel, on pourrait plutôt parler d'une grande baignoire.

We had a relaxing stay. The hotel was well located for everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

Hotel perfectly located for old town walks and and well connected with airport public bus a1. Literally 5 mins walk from the bus stop. The staff went over and beyond to make our short stay memorable. Receptionist was lovely and spoke immaculate English. Very friendly and accommodating to our 2 year old. Breakfast ample. Bar reasonably priced with very good cocktails. We stayed in a junior suite which was designed with style, simplicity and functionality in mind. I would not hesitate to stay there again though in high season I anticipate it might be outside of my price range.

Nice hotel perfect for exploring the old town. Some noise issues especially with rooms overlooking the court yard. Breakfast was basic but adequate

Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zentrale aber doch ruhige Lage ist ein großes Plus für das Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Für einen komfortablen Kurztrip nach Palma absolut zu empfehlen!

Sehr geeignet für Ausflüge wenn du kein Auto hast.

Great central location. Only a one night stay, so it did the job. Nice room but maybe could do with a little TLC with touch ups. Very comfortable bed and nice spaces with the hotel. Good breakfast to start the day.

Ich hatte eine unvergessliche Erfahrung in diesem Hotel im Herzen von Palma de Mallorca! Alles hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen, angefangen bei der Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption. Das größte Highlight meines Aufenthalts war zweifellos die äußerst professionelle und freundliche Einstellung von Herrn Dimitry an der Rezeption, dem ich von ganzem Herzen für das wunderschöne Zimmer danken möchte, das ich erhalten habe. Die Sauberkeit ist makellos, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch auf den Fluren, und die Liebe zum Detail ist in jeder Ecke des Hotels spürbar. Alles ist tadellos gepflegt, und die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und einladend. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant hat, sondern nur eine Bar. Doch dank der hervorragenden Lage direkt im Herzen des Zentrums von Palma de Mallorca gibt es zahlreiche Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel von ganzem Herzen jedem, der einen angenehmen, komfortablen und sorgenfreien Aufenthalt genießen möchte. Ich werde auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen! Nochmals vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, insbesondere an Herrn Dimitry, für einen traumhaften Urlaub!

Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Stylische Einrichtung. Frühstück hätte etwas umfangreicher und mit weniger Einzelverpackungen (z.B. Marmelade,Butter) sein können. Auch das Auffüllen der leer gewordenen Speisen hat nicht so gut geklappt.

Einrichtungen neuwertig, charmanter Innenhof und verkehrsgünstig gelegen

I really like the location, right in the heart of the city. I thought the room was lovely and the staff were superb. BuT, i have a gripe: i informed the hotel as soon as i booked that my wife and I are both vegan, and would be very pleased if they could take that into account, during our stay. I even made some suggestions such as mushrooms, tofu, vegan sausages, vegan cheese, berejenas etc... Every breakfast, for 4-days running, we were offered avocado on toast. After the 2nd day, we asked, please can we have mushrooms on toast the next morning, just for a change. The waitress said she'd tell the kitchen. But the next morning, yup: avocado-on-toast. I know that vegans are unpopular, but just look at how we get treated!
