Buen hotel

La propreté reste à désirer surtout les draps et les serviettes sont vraiment usagées.

Absolutely vile – avoid at all costs. This was hands-down the filthiest hotel I’ve ever encountered. I didn’t know it was even possible for a place to be this disgusting. From the moment we checked in, things were off — sketchy reception, zero professionalism, and then we were handed keys to a room that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Stained sheets, hair on the bed, dirt all over the floor, random trash on the patio, and a toilet that looked like someone had just used it. We complained and were moved — only to walk into another visibly dirty room. Same story: filthy floors, grimy shower, disgusting toilet, stained bedding, and a filthy patio. No exaggeration. The reception lied to our faces, saying a manager would be available in the morning. Surprise: “It’s Sunday, no manager today.” Total joke. Breakfast? A health hazard. The “clean” cutlery looked used. The same woman running the kitchen was also the only cleaner for the entire hotel — and she had the audacity to bang on our door for cleaning. Obnoxious and rude. Oh, and the noise. We could hear every word from rooms down the hall at 3 AM. Zero soundproofing. We ended up ditching this dump and booking another hotel. No regrets. Even the other guests were filthy — which honestly says it all. Do yourself a favour. Don’t even think about booking this place.

The hotel itself is cheap and cheerful, the room size is good and the bed was really comfy. The check in was easy and staff friendly, the location is excellent in regard to airport proximity with bus taking less than 10 minutes at around €5. Despite stating aircon in each room, I found my room stifling as the AC did not work. The mini fridge in my room was also broken (the door have been ripped off and balanced back on) meaning any hope of keeping a drink cold was unsuccessful. I think with a little upkeep I would rate this hotel a 4/5.

Schönes Hotel mitten in El Arenal, trotzdem ruhig gelegen mit ganz freundlichem Personal und schön sauber.

Hôtel bien situé, à proximité de la plage et des transports en commun. L’hôtel est également situé dans un quartier plutôt bruyant avec beaucoup de jeunes faisant la fête. Personnel agréable et chambre propre

Séjour de 10 jours : Très bien passé, propreté au top, toujours serviable. Petits bémols, le petit déjeuner qui était à notre goût trop juste, pas assez de choix, on a très vite fait le tour ce qui fait qu’on mange pas assez puisqu’il y a pas de choix. Ensuite, ce qui a été dérangeant pour nous personnellement ça été la lumière, étant au RDC nous avions la lumière de la rue toute la nuit. Et pour finir, l’isolation est pas top puisqu’on entendait clairement toutes les conversations, les portes qui claquent, les personnes qui sonnent à l’entrée. Mise à part ça, hôtel convenable !

Die Unterkunft,war klein und fein. An der Sauberkeit an Türen und Wänden ist nicht schön. (Makeup und Schmieren) der Rest war tadellos sauber . Restaurants , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand sind zügig zu Fuß erreichbar.

Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Keinen balkon. Zimmer direkt am eingang sehr laut
