Es un hotel poco cuidado por ser un 5 estrellas. Eramos 8 y ninguno se pudo comer el sandwich que nos prepararon en la terraza. Horribles.

Hotel muy cómodo si se viaja en coche. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Personal muy amable, sobretodo en el desayuno. El buffet ha mejorado bastante en variedad y calidad (estuve hace 2 años). En esta ocasión no disfrutamos de la piscina y demás instalaciones ya que llegamos tarde. Por poner una pega, la ducha se ve anticuada y le falta presión de agua para un hotel de esta categoría.

One night stay in junior suite.
Suite was very spacious with a door to the bedroom to keep it separated which was great. Nice comfy bed and everything was clean.
Friendly staff at reception and very helpful for an earlier check in after early morning arrival after finishing the Camiño.
Nice outdoor terrace for a drink and a bite to eat.
There was a gym, swimming pool & sauna but can’t comment as we didn’t use them.
Parking was a little tight for us because we have a van with roof bars so we couldn’t go in the underground car park, but there was a free public car park also outside the hotel on first come first serve basis. After a little waiting we managed to get a space.
About a 15 min walk into Santiago itself, suited us since we have a small dog so we liked the walk, but if you want to be in town centre this isn’t the one for you.
Would definitely stay here again, suited us perfectly.

Muy agradecidos con el personal que atendieron amablemente todas nuestras necesidades y consiguieron que horarios intempestivos de los vuelos dejaran de suponer un problema para nosotros. Hemos disfrutado de unos días de gran confort en uno de los rincones más relajantes de la bellísima ciudad de Santiago.
