The location was very central, easy to access the 'mushroom' top area (around 5-10 minutes walk away) and also close to the cathedral area (15-20 minutes walk away). The property was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a kettle and fridge available (there were other kitchen facilities, microwave etc but we didn't use those). There were plenty of tapas bars close by and easy to access. The city and area seemed very safe to walk around. The staff in the office were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Erg ruim en net appartement in goede staat en in het midden van het centrum (alles dus op loopafstand). Prima bedden. Heeft een paar (minimale) verbeterpunten die per e-mail aan de organisatie zijn doorgegeven.

The property was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a kettle and fridge available (there were other kitchen facilities, microwave etc but we didn't use those). What I liked: Nice clean rooms, good location, good cost/benefit.
What could improve: the A/C did not always work as expected and opening the smallest faucet while showering could significantly impact the shower temperature.

There were so many shops and tapas bars around the room we stayed, we were really happy to choose this place. The room itself was also very spacious so it was easy opening a big suitcase. Lovely room to stay!

wunderbarer unkomplizierter Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem speditiven service, waren immer sofort da, wenn nötig, ansonsten hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend und unterstützend...für den Rollstuhl hat einigen nicht wirklich gepasst aber mit Phantasie und Toleranz war alles gut zu meistern.

Super Unterkunft, mitten in der Stadt, alles sauber und ordentlich. Sogar Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Es gibt viele kleine Bars in der Nähe, in denen es prima und günstiges Frühstück gibt. Wir waren 3 Tage in Sevilla und würden es wieder mieten. Ruhige Lage, allerdings hatte unser App. nur Fenster nach innen. Ist aber nicht schlimm, wenn man tagsüber unterwgs ist. Espresso-Maschine funktioniert auch super.
Etwas irritierend war die Angabe der Hausnummer. Bei Expedia stand Nr. 49, es war aber Nr. 38. Bei der zentralen Verwaltung wurde aber alles schnell aufgeklärt. Es gibt mehrere Häuser in dieser Straße, aber bei Expedia nur eine Hausnummer. Ich kann dieses App. empfehlen.
