Modern room

I like the design of the room, the toilet and shower+bath are separated. Gym was a bit small but I was the only there so that was fine. Didn't have breakfast there so I can't tell. It located near the old town just a bridge away, the mall is close by. Used the hotel parking, it was quite full and narrow. Around €13 for 24 hrs. The girl with glasses and pony tail at the reception was very friendly, she recommended us a tapas bar in the old town, yummy!

I recently stayed at Novotel Suites Malaga Centro and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the city. Parking was also available at a reasonable price, which was very helpful. The reception staff were very friendly and professional, always welcoming and helpful. Their service really stood out and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was very spacious, well-equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, the overall premises of the hotel did not fully feel like a 4-star property. The biggest disadvantage during our stay was the air conditioning. It was turned off because the hotel considered it winter, even though the weather outside was warm. The room became quite hot at night, which made it difficult to sleep. We had to open the windows, but since the hotel is located in the historic center, there was quite a lot of noise outside even late at night.

Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Service was polite. Location was brilliant, right on the edge of old city centre and next to subway and train station. Lobby bar/restaurant could be better.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Man hat ein kompaktes Zimmer mit allem notwendigen. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette war sehr hygienisch.

The room cleaning was available only before the lunch time which was very inconvenient.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was located centrally with easy access to restaurants, transport links, tours, etc. The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful - even allowing us to check in early in one room so that we could leave our bags. The breakfasts were excellent - very tasty, with plenty of choice. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Aircon was not working, appreciate the weather and stuff but some travellers like me prefer cold room temperature as we live in cold countries throughout the year

abbiamo soggiornato in 3 (due adulti ed un bimbo di quasi 5 anni) a gennaio 2026. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, tutto come previsto. L'hotel è in una zona centrale e facilmente accessibile. Noi avevamo un auto a noleggio e abbiamo utilizzato il parcheggio a pagamento sottostante all'Hotel, molto comodo. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. Il personale cordiale e attento, soprattutto quello delle colazioni. La zona colazioni è un po' piccola a livello di tavoli, ma comunque completa a livello di offerta e varietà

Staff was great. No a/c as noted on website. Rooms are small. Pillows are very uncomfortable

Great location, can walk quickly to center area, market, large mall (good food on lowest floor) and C1 train station. Strangely our room temperature was too hot despite not being hot outside (December) and the AC was useless as it didn’t push any cold air.
