Ona Beverly Hills Heights

When I checked in, the reception lady upsell us to upgrade the room with paying extra money to join the BBQ buffet and with a seaview room. However I found the money was not worth, it was even cheaper if I upgrade my room from expedia. It was just with a tiny narrow seaview, wasting money. And the room was not clean. Toilet was awful. The boiler was not working on second night. The engineer said need to wait until next day. The reception lady ask us to wait in the next day. She did not think to help, until I ask them to offer us another shower. Also the BBQ dinner was awful, no BBQ at all. The food taste bad and not fresh. I and my husband got food poison. I was diarrhea and he was vomit. It effect our coming trip. The pool was nice. That was the only part we were happy about.

Soggiorno molto positivo e camera spaziosa. Unica nota deludente sono stati i pasti: La colazione aveva una vasta scelta per quanto riguarda il salato ma il dolce lasciava a desiderare. La cena molto deludente con prodotti scadenti con pizza e bastoncini vari surgelati.

La habitación que nos dieron estaba en frente de cubos de basura y de la cocina. Había mucho ruido y mosquitos, hasta que nos la cambiaron a los dos días. Después todo muy bien en la nueva habitación.

Das war unser 3. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Leider war er nicht ganz so gut wie die anderen beiden Mal. Die Wohnung ging über zwei Etagen. Das Doppelbett waren lediglich zwei zusammengerückte Einzelbetten (war sonst nicht so). Der Meerblick ließ sich nur von der oberen Terrasse uneingeschränkt genießen. Auf der unteren versperrte eine Hauswand die Hälfte der Sicht. Zudem befand sich angrenzend der Aufzug des Partnerhotels und davor der Zugangsbereich dazu. Manche Gäste waren während des Wartens ziemlich laut, manche machten dort Aufnahmen für Soziale Medien und andere wiederum pöbelten herum - man konnte also nicht wirklich ruhig auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Wassertemperatur in der oberen Dusche ließ sich nur mit Müh und Not einstellen - die Mischbatterie sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Aus den Bädern roch es ab und zu sehr unangenehm. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren zum Teil löchrig - da könnte mehr Augenmerk drauf gelegt werden. Die Reinigung hätte ebenfalls etwas besser sein können, war aber noch ok. Die Küche war mit dem allernötigsten ausgestattet. Es empfiehlt sich scharfe Messer mitzubringen.

A budget friendly hotel at the top of a steep hill. Staff friendly and breakfast good

The room was clean; I was only there for two nights. The main issue for me was the room smelled bad. Like a moldy smell that actually got on your chest at night while sleeping, I wouldn't stay in Los Cris again, full of drunken Brits who can't handle their drinks. Very tacky area. Apart from the room smell, that was my only complaint. I didn't use any of the facilities; this was a quick trip. The hotel allowed us to check out late due to our outbound flight being late, which was good of them due to the issues with the room. Good value resort for the money but i wouldnt personally stay for a week.

Lovely hotel. Room was excellent, spacious and very clean. Staff at breakfast were very friendly. Breakfast was alright. Plenty of options, tasty but only average I'd say. Kitchen was fully equipped if you needed to use it.

Average experience.

Even returning to this property in Tenerife year after year. Great pool, with a fantastic lifeguard - Viktor. Very quiet location at the top of the hill in Los Cristianos. I understand the rooms are being refurbished, which is probably needed. Reception staff were great as they managed to get us into one of our favourite apartments within the complex. Will be back next year.

Great duplex apartment although the shower water in the main bathroom didn’t get particularly hot. It was no problem for both of us to use the en suite upstairs. Breakfast can be a bit busy so finding a free table can be a challenge but the food selection was good.

Our suite was really nice, very clean and bigger than expected, kitchen was well equipped and had a cleaning kit supplied free. The pool area was a good size and kept clean and tidy as was the patio bar area. Breakfast was served in the sister hotel next door, plenty of choice from fruit to full English and was included in the price. Overall we had a great stay and although the hills were a little tiering on the way back (that's what taxis are for) the 15 min walk down to sea front was easy.
