整潔，環境舒適優美。房間設有小廚房，附近很多食店可以選擇，鄰近亦有間超級市場。如果想甯靜，度假是一個不錯嘅選擇。 唯一房間沒有空調，有一把吊扇，會有點熱。但有露臺，可打開門。 職員友善，餐廳亦十分便宜

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à l’hôtel. L’accueil a été sympathique. Dans la chambre, nous avons eu tout le nécessaire. La localisation de l’hôtel est également très bien.

I recently stayed at Pearly Grey Ocean Club Apartments & Suites and wanted to share my experience. First, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a positive touch to our overall experience. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. It would be great if the hotel offered a buffet breakfast option or even an all-inclusive package for food, as options felt quite limited. Additionally, there isn't much in the way of activities for children, which made it less engaging for families. One of the biggest concerns was the check-in time of 4pm, especially considering that guests pay for a full day that technically begins at midnight. Being unable to access the room until late in the afternoon, and then having to check out by 10am, doesn’t feel like good value. These timings definitely need to be reviewed. Cleaning is only done twice a week, which might not be ideal for guests staying for longer periods. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms. In our case, the fan in Room 205 wasn’t working. We reported it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed during our stay. All in all, the hotel has great potential thanks to its location and views, but a few upgrades and adjustments would really improve the overall experience.

We own a time share at this resort and we love it. The staff are amazing and the resort is very clean and well kept 😘

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer guten Lage, da in unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufs- und Essmöglichkeiten sind und auch kostenlose Parkplätze. Playa Abajo ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Hotel macht einen tollen Eindruck, auch dank der Einrichtung und der super Aussicht auf den Ozean (Sonnenuntergang war jeden Abend 10/10). Das Zimmer (Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer) war groß genug, um sich eine Woche (aber bestimmt auch länger) wohl zu fühlen. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Wenn der TV auch noch smart gewesen wäre, wären wir noch glücklicher gewesen, aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Bzgl Sauberkeit ist noch leicht Luft nach oben (im Bad haben wir ein paar Haare gefunden und etwas Sand auf der Toilette), aber insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das (gut ausgestattete) Fitnessstudio öffnet erst um 9:00 Uhr. Das ist aus unserer Sicht definitiv zu spät.

Perfect place for relaxing break/holiday. 5min walk to beach. Shops and restaurants 1minute walk, plenty of options. Very clean everywhere, would definitely go back.

Nice and clean hotel in a quiet part of Callao Salvaje. At the time I was there the guests were mostly older people and young families, no drunks or party people👍 I booked without meals and would do it again - I tried lunch at the hotel restaurant and wasnt impressed. The hotel is very close to (better) restaurants and also a supermarket. All in all a nice hotel with a great view, especially if you get a room on the third floor or above. Would stay there again. +Bike friendly hotel.

Amazing views from the balcony, apartment was big and clean, in February price was brilliant. What I didn’t like was the noisy pump or something just by the bedroom which was on all night.

Studios poorly maintained patio doors did not fit properly and rattled all night. Staff not interested

Wonderful apartments and lovely staff just a pity about the uncomfortable beds. The apartments are wonderful and staff can not support enough, all the facilities you would need, would be a little warm in the summer as fan only but perfect for the winter temperatures. Lovely bar and restaurant onsite and great all round facilities. As a mother and daughter, with mum in wheelchair I have a couple of comments (however must say the staff tried always to support any request), Firstly the apartments are situated up a slight incline so for a manual wheelchair you must be quite fit and able to push the wheelchair back to the apartment or around the resort, Secondly if we went again I would definitely ask for a 0 floor room as the lifts are not large enough to get the wheelchair in without folding, but were available to use with little delay. Finally the car parking when available is on a slope so not the best for wheelchairs Despite all these comments and these are purely to assist wherlchair users the views and place was lovely.

Poolen var något kall (kanske 22-23 grader) men gick att bada. Poolvakten var väldigt trevlig men lite väl mån om vissa regler (exvis man ej får åka rutschkanan med simglasögon) vilket gjorde det jobbigt att behöva tjata på barnen. Området lugnt och trevligt med många närliggande restauranger. Maten på hotellet var bra! Vi är väldigt nöjda med vistelsen, vi fick bra rymligt rum som var perfekt för hela familjen på 2 vuxna och 2 barn (7 och 5 år)

An excellent property. Quite with sea views and sunset. Lovely and clean. Nice food and entertainment if needed. Near a beach, bus, restaurants and shops. Trips and airport transfer strained from the hotel. A perfect stay.

Everything was really nice, with our room overlooking the pool/restaurant. If I stayed again, I'd like a room overlooking the sea. The pool was nice and a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Retaurants nearby. We ate at the hotel on the last day and it wasn't amazing, so im glad we hadn't gone for food included, but that's preference. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Loved the pool area with the water slide, pool table and table tennis! It was a great way to socialise for the whole family, and also meet others staying at the hotel. The gym equipment was very dated and there was no barbell and only open between 9 and 5. The restaurant was pretty pricey and the food lacked in everything. I do recommend the milkshakes and the locally brewed craft beers though!
