Amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, the food is great and the staff were fun to hang out with at the bar until closing. We are hoping to visit again for a few more days. The town is excellent as well😊

It was something special to stay in such a historic place. Even if it is very old you have all the amenities you need for a nice hotel. Breakfast was good. As this was the fourth Parador we stayed in the breakfast is similar and excellent.
We loved to sit in the patio in the evening.

Die MitarbeiterInnen der Rezeption waren außerordentlich kundenorientiert, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Leider traf dieses nicht auf das Personal des Restaurants zu. Weder freundlich noch kundenorientiert. Für ein Parador Hotel eine Katastrophe.
Wir hatten für abends als Paar einen Tisch reserviert und bekamen nur 1 Speisekarte. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir nach 20 Minuten 1 Getränkekarte. Die Speisen waren gut, aber sie wogen das komplett fehlende Ambiente und die Ignoranz der Servicekraft nicht auf.
Während unseres 3tägigen Aufenthalts im Hotel hatten wir leider täglich 1 Kakerlake im Zimmer und weitere im öffentlichen Flur. Das ist sehr schade, denn es ist ein außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel.
