伊莎貝爾旅館 - 比維爾住宿

My stay was terrible. The landlord/receptionist did not even have a desk so we had to wait outside before we could enter the so-called hotel, which turned out to be a very small apartment with tiny rooms. The racism that we faced yesterday night (my cousins and I) was immense. We did not feel safe at all in the apartment. She was Islamophobic and xenophobic; she proceeded to insult me personally, because of my religion (I wear the hijab) and my origins. Other than not feeling safe, I was physically uncomfortable alongside my cousins. First of all, we booked the room for four people and went to the room to see that we only have three small beds. The bathroom is also shared with the other small rooms that were at the facility, which we did not know prior to entering the facility. There was not an AC or even a fan. Can you imagine how hot it was on a summer night in August in Spain! We were not able to sleep all night. The amount of physical and mental pain that we went through the night was very intense. The rooms were also not clean, there was a toy under my bed that could’ve easily been removed if they cleaned. The smell was also suffocating in the rooms.

Habitación en teoría recién arreglada con frutos secos por el suelo. La puerta del portal no abría, por lo que habia que llamar al hostal para que enviasen a alguien cada vez que queriamos entrar.
