This hotel had a great location. Easy to walk around Madrid or catch a taxi to airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower was great! The breakfast was wonderful. Good selection of options for everyone. Thank you!

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The room is big and clean. However, there was a day that AC from ceiling is dripping but no biggie it eventually stops. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The location is perfect and convenient. There is a Carrefour beside it and close to landmarks.

A equipe do hotel, com seus funcionarios sao super educados, atencioso s. Recomendo sdemais. Próximo a varios pontos turisticos, de frente o Mercado de San Miguel, a Plaza Mayor, proximo a Catedral d Madrid, ao Palacio, a Gran Via, Puerta del Sol.

Located just off Plaza Mayor, on Calle Mayor. Very convenient to some sights (Plaza Mayor, Sol, Palace & Opera) and to metro subway which was fast to further sights. It was safe in an extremely busy area. Our room was quiet because we were in a room NOT facing street. Room was small but comfy; housekeeping was thorough; and advice from reception was accurate and helpful.
