We took overnight bus to estacion de autobuses plaza de armas and arrived at 6:30am. With the 24h reception, we managed to drop off our luggages and check with the reception if there was any luck to have the early check in. Luckily, a balcony room was available at that time. We just needed to pay some more for upgrading the room then we can check in earlier for 8 hours than the original schedule. Of course a YES from us! We took shower and had a power nap to recharge ourselves for the upcoming itinerary. The reception staff Javier was so helpful and saved our lives! Yet, a point to note that the room was actually with ants everywhere and didn’t know where was the origin. Hope the cleanness can be improved. The breakfast buffet was in great variety. I will recommend the hotel to all the travelers especially whose come by bus! Such a convenient location.

Hotel is next to Bus station. It’s very convenient to go here and there. Hotel buffet breakfast is so delicious and have many choices. Room is big and clean, even our room faces to main road, we don’t feel noisy.

Staff were friendly, used eco-friendly package for the water/ toiletries and they smell good too! The location is just across the big bus terminus - Plaza de Armas. We had great stay and will definitely recommend to you.

The hotel was clean, well-located, and close to the bus station and shopping centers. The staff were super friendly, and the room was clean, compact, and stylish. The breakfast was good and had everything you need for a morning boost.

Excellent accueil personnel chaleureux à refaire

The hotel was fine a good value. Just a shame they didn’t respond to my message about the item of clothing my Wife left in the room as we could have picked this up later on our holiday when flying home from Seville.

Excelente imagen del hotel, atencion cordial del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, destacando la atención de Lucy y de Inma. Solo nos faltó un espacio para acomodar la ropa, pero eso sólo si quisiera ser exigente.

Localização exelente, junto a estação de bus e supermercado. Quarto silencioso, tudo adequado exceto o local do cofre, no chão, tornando desconfortável utilizar o cofre. Senti falta da chaleira elétrica no quarto.

Descent size room, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom and toilet is spacy with ample storage space. About 800m to the heart of old town and shopping. Eateries are about 200m from hotel. Quiet and safe neighbourhood but all of Seville felt very safe. Breakfast was very good with good variety including fruits. Will definitely recommend this place.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean, but very small and warm in summer. Property is eco friendly, but that means the AC is not on when you aren't in the room and it takes some time to cool. Our room had an all glass door to a rooftop patio (way too hot to use in summer) and it felt a bit unsafe for a solo traveler or women travelers. There are no peep holes or deadbolts on doors in hotels in Spain either. Property was noisy from nightlife throughout the night. Decent location for walking to tourist spots, but you'll need a taxi to the train station.

We booked 2 days. On first day the provide me one complimentary water. On second day i ask the staff to provide me another complimentary. When I check out, the staff said the second water was not free of charge. I dont understand why they charge it becoz i stay 2 days and should have 2 complimentary water. This hotel is so mean!

Very well located. Handy to bus station. Reception staff were very efficient and helpful with diections. Speaking english was fine.
