The villas was nice and clean in a quiet area. The communication and assistance was very quick. We would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was lovely and all that we needed. We did have a car which was good as it’s a bit of a walk if not, but on the evenings we opted to get a taxi, they were quick to arrive to the villa and not expensive. We had our own drive which made parking easy. The property was clean and comfortable. The pool is a great size and plenty of space around the villa. The villa isn’t overlooked so whilst we saw a couple of other families during the stay, it was very peaceful. We found it tricky to locate upon arrival, would have benefitted from knowing it came under Camelot Villas as that showed up on the sat nav, but very easy to navigate back to. We really enjoyed our stay here, would recommend it and would stay again!

Villa jolie mais construction à la va vite avec de piètres matériaux. Pompe de la piscine en panne à l’arrivée (et donc eau de la piscine fraîche) puis chauffe eau en panne au bout de 3 jours et 36h pour le changer. Pas de télécommande du portail d’entrée. Sinon maison spacieuse et literies acceptable. Pas ou peu de transport à proximité, un peu éloigné des zones d’activités, donc prévoir une voiture.

Lovely clean property. A little out of the way from any restaurants but we enjoyed the quiet area as we were after a relaxing holiday. Enjoyed the pool everyday as it was at a lovely temperature.

We had a small issue when completing pre-checkin - providing our details, etc... We landed a few hours before the checkin time so we called, they spoke fluent English, apologised for the technical issue, emailed me everything within a couple of minutes! The place was very nice, comfortable, short walk to supermarkets, a bit further to the coast walk and the marina for dinner or drinks or just to check out the views and the nightlife. Our first time staying in the south of the island, and our first stay at this/these properties. It wont be the last - in fact we're planning 2024 holiday right now Muchos gratias!

February stay. Weather poor, so the heated pool welcome, although it would have helped if it was covered prior to our arrival to retain the heat. Everything you need in the villa, good kitchen, Wi-Fi, washer, etc. parking at the villa a bit tight if you’ve a larger car, but secure enough. A 20 minute walk to the marina.

Very comfortable villa, great outdoor area, swimming pool water very warm. Very good communication from villa company with check in details and responded to any queries even surprised us with a birthday cake for grandsons birthday. About 20 minute walk to marina and 10 minutes to some restaurants in the papagayo centre. Would definitely stay again.

I never received a confirmation check in reply/email from the property. We arrived at the location and nobody there. We rang the telephone number and said we were waiting. The reply was 'today?'. She then confirmed someone on site would take us to our property. About 45 mins in total we were stood in the sun before shown to our villa. The property itself was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of towels and clean. Decor/walls in need of tlc plastering, painting. We asked for a late check out to be told not available due to someone moving in the same day. On the website said properties were left vacant for 24hrs prior to next occupants. Our main disappointment came on our last day. We were having breakfast when the pool man turned up, he said hello and proceeded although I said checkout was 11.... We weren't expecting to use it on the last morning. But we were left with no running water from 9.20am until 10.55. We used our bottled water, to wash etc. unable to flush toilets or shower. During the current climate, I found this to be completely unsatisfactory and upsetting.

Perfect place to relax with all the home comforts you need. Modern, spacious and safe for families looking for a villa break. Car recommended.

Very comfortable, well specified and clean villa with car access via Coded gate to villa complex. Spacious lounge good wi-fi Excellent TV with all U.K. main channels Short walk to Carlos restaurant which has all the choices you need. Attractive seafront and marina is short 10-15 minutes walk The beach via a non tarmac road and 3 euro national park entry fee is amazing and is 5 minute drive. The check in was all done via WhatsApp and keys collected and dropped off via a key safe. so very convenient and Covid safe. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional villa - spotlessly clean, modern, well looked after. Sun lounger towels are supplied which is an unexpected added bonus. Special thanks to Yuerena who was very helpful with information etc. Will definitely stay here again :-)

A destacar el buen estado del establecimiento,la piscina privada y la tranquilidad de la zona. Es cierto que está alejado y rodeado de otras casas sin acabar de construir, pero compensa con la sensación de estar en tu casa de vacaciones...
