Very clean building and the room was very comfortable.

Cuncroachs in the bathroom and air conditioner in supplement. Also, there is nightclub that is stuck on our side of the room, it closes at 3am, good luck to sleep before it.

Great location - communication was a little challenging. The room had a slight smell, not from cleanliness, but from the outside. There are stairs to navigate to the first floor!

Excelente! As fotos retratam exatamente como é o apartamento. As depedencias são bem limpas, quartos com fechadura digital, cama confortável, tudo muito bem cuidado e equipe muito educada e respondem rápido. A localização é perfeita, da pra fazer muitas atividades a pé, alem da proximidade com o metro e pontos de onibus (inclusive para o aerporto)

Una de las noches el aire acondicionado empezó hacer un ruido horroroso aún estando apagado. Avisé a las 23:00 de lo que ocurría pero nadie se personó hasta el día ai siguiente. El aparato hacía un ruido terrible cada 15 minutos y no podía desconectarlo de la luz. No pude dormir bien

The additional charges felt quite high — €10 for air conditioning and €10 for laundry — which we found excessive compared to other stays. In most places, these amenities are typically included in the overall price, so this stood out to us as something that could be improved by integrating it into the nightly rate. Secondly, our interaction with the staff member who received us was not positive. She was not responsive to basic greetings and came across as discourteous. On multiple occasions, we said hello and were ignored. Additionally, one member of our group slipped while she was cleaning, and she did not check on him or acknowledge the situation, which felt unprofessional and concerning. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciate the host’s communication, which was always clear, prompt, and helpful. The apartment itself is very nice, comfortable, and has great potential. We also want to highlight that the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, which we really valued. That said, there are a few other areas that could be improved. Although the weather was cool and we didn’t need to use the air conditioning, sleeping was difficult due to street noise, especially during the Sant Jordi week, and there was also an unpleasant smell coming from outside. We believe that improving staff attentiveness and hospitality would make a significant difference in the overall guest experience. Everything was just as announced. Room very clean. There was someone cleanning the bathrooms almost every day. The kitchen is well equiped. There are markets near and a lot of good placês to breakfast or lunch and dinner. The metro station Passeig de Gracia is just a few minutes walking and there is a bus stop in front of the building. I visited quite every atraction on foot. I felt safe. My only suggestion to improve is having some sign with rules such as : please do not slam the doors because people arrive late or wake up early in the morning and forget there are others sleeping. It happened quite every night.

Review: Misleading listing and lack of transparency The room itself was fine for the price and cleanliness was not an issue, but several important details were misleading or not disclosed upfront. The listing stated that laundry facilities were available on site. After booking, I was told that guests are not allowed to use the laundry themselves and instead must pay staff to do it for them at a cost far higher than a nearby coin laundromat. When I asked directly if there was a laundromat next door, staff repeatedly pushed their paid service instead and would not provide the information. I later discovered there is a laundromat right next door. I travel light and book accommodations specifically with laundry access in mind, so this was a significant issue. There were also racks of laundry hanging in common areas, suggesting no dryer, which is inconvenient when staying only a few days. Additionally, when we arrived, the lock on our door did not work. We were told it would be fixed the next morning, but we had an early tour booked and did not feel comfortable leaving our belongings unsecured in a hostel. Someone eventually fixed the door for us, and the staff member who helped was very kind — this was not her fault — but the situation itself was stressful. The TV did not work, and air conditioning required an additional charge, which was not clearly disclosed in advance. Half the place is being renovated, staff is intolerable, and then they looked to kick us out for not paying extra cash. Save yourself and don't stay here
