Très belle maison Chambre luxueuse. Bain avec bulles Assez compliqué pour trouver. Guernica tout proche . Également pratique pour rallier l'aéroport de Bilbao.

Durante el día de llegada se llamó al hotel para avisar de nuestra llegada a una hora tardía, sin éxito. De las 6 llamadas no contestaron a ninguna. En la habitación faltaban elementos que sí aparecen en la descripción del hotel (carece de aire acondicionado, por poner un ejemplo). También se encontraba bastante descuidado: había una bombilla fundida y faltaba una de las cortinas de la ventana del baño (según el dueño, por rotura de ésta pocos días atrás). Para acceder a las habitaciones solo es posible por las escaleras, con la dificultad que ello comporta en caso de llevar maletas pesadas. La limpieza no es el punto fuerte en este hotel. Al llegar a la habitación, esta estaba llena de moscas, consecuencia de carecer de mosquiteras y haber sido dejadas abiertas las ventanas para bajar la temperatura. Las fotos de la web no están actualizadas, con lo cual la realidad dista mucho de las expectativas que generan.

Luogo piacevole dove trascorrere qualche giorno a Bizkaia grazie anche alla posizione strategica della struttura, comoda per visitare Guernica, San Juan de Gaztelugatxe e le altre bellezze delle coste. Il padrone di casa Egoitxi è molto cordiale e sa dare molti consigli utili per chi non conosce già i Paesi Baschi. Ottima anche l’offerta gastronomica a colazione e, prenotando, a cena. Confortevole la nostra stanza perfino con vasca di Idromassaggio!

Hotel muy agradable en un entorno de naturaleza y rural pero a muy buena diatancia para visitar Bilbao y otras localidades de la zona. Perfecto el acogimiento y el trato.

Perfect cosy one night stay in the countryside. Relaxing atmosphere, really kind and helpful host. Very good home made food, for our dinner outside in the terrace. Definitely recommended.

Séjour formidable au milieu de la campagne proche de Bilbao. Petit hôtel exceptionnel. La chambre est très confortable, avec la terrasse, c'est génial. Le gérant est super sympa. Du jamais vue! Je le recommande à tous ceux qui veulent passer un séjour tranquille, en pleine campagne,avant d'aller fait la fête et/ou découvrir cette formidable ville de Bilbao. Petit bémol:le petit déjeuné est classique, mais bon. Mais quand on est français, le déjeuné est tout un art. Un excellent séjour!!!

Totally desappointed Terible experience Although it written as 24 hours reception open, They Never pick up the phone. I could not tell them that we will arrive hotel late at night and they closed the gate so that we could not check in. Sadly they never give us back stay fee or even have a conversation.

I booked the hotel on the day of arrival. The owner welcomed me on arrival and he was absolutely fantastic: friendly, entertaining and a great host! The hotel is great if you have a car and you are on a fly-and-drive trip. Very relaxing area!

Muy buen sitio para pasar un fin de semana tranquilo y en pareja. Era la segunda vez que íbamos y seguramente habrá una tercera.

Till synes mitt i ingenstans ligger detta personliga, fräscha men samtidigt mycket genuina hotell. Vi kom fram trötta och ovetandes om allt spännande som låg i närheten. Så fort vi fick utomordentlig service och genomgång av alla sevärdheter glömde vi tröttheten och upplevde bland våra bästa dagar på resan!

We stayed for only one night. But I'm definitely revisiting. The rooms were huge and very nice designed with rooftop at about 3m. Very friendly owner who gave us direction to good restaurants and help us with breakfast at 6:30(normal was 09:00). There were no problems at all. I recomed this hotel strongly!

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed! We were new to the region. We were given advice on the best places to visit. Where to park, and maps. We ate breakfast every morning with the other visitors, felt like a family friendly environment. Just my husband and I were visiting, however some families were at the hotel too. Google maps only takes you to the road turn off. Just drive up the small country road, stay left and you will see it, the hotel has a clear sign. We ate dinner twice at the hotel, very tasty, large portions. We sat out on the patio, very romantic. Prices were great value for every thing. Room was very spacious and modern. Very romantic setting, very romantic room. I would highly recommend this country hotel. But be prepared a rooster lives across the street. Not a problem, windows keep down noise, but we choose to sleep with windows open as we enjoyed the evening breeze. We travelled in Bilbao about 40 minutes, also to San Sabastien about one hour. Convenient location!

No es un hotel, es una casa que alquila habitaciones. El desayuno muy pobre.

Das Zimmer 102 ist großzügig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr dunkel, aber geräumig. Zunächst roch es sehr stark nach Duftspray. Beim Blich aus dem Fenster fällt der Blick hinten links auf eine große Industrieanlage, die weiter aber nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Das Haus ist mit einer übermäßigen Elekronikzugangsberechtigung (Fingerabdruck wird zur Türöffnung benötigt!) ausgestattet. Das Essen wird als immer gleiches liebloses Auswahlmenü angeboten, ebenso das Frühstück (Nespresso-Cafe, Acimel-Joghurt). Fazit: Überkandidelte Herberge, wenig engagiert, Lage: unspektakulär, aber günstig, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs sein will (Guernica, Biosphärenreservat,...).
