房間有點亂、設備算老舊。浴室洗澡水是需要一直按壓的，而且需要注意如果是第一個洗，水可能會很燙，如果前面剛好有人在洗，就會洗冷水。早餐4.5歐還可以。離各景點近。 The water temperature of shower is unstable.

位置很好，可惜wifi差，房間廁所鎖壞了

Great location. Roof top bar and cafe area were nice. Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken and the heat was unbearable. Other than that I would recommend staying here.

AC does not work, then they will never help you get a refund. Hotels.com can do nothing about it either.

No fan in rooms its was so hot , there where bedbugs in room.

The room i was in was the 12 bed and we shared 1 fan

The room didn’t have air conditioning and the bathrooms were very dirty. The guy at reception, Latin (Mexican or Argentine), was very inflexible and disrespectful with us. He refused to put us in contact with the manager to resolve an issue with the reservation. It was a disaster, and people like that should not be working with the public.

Great location! Staff very helpful. the AC in the room wasn’t working. We had a fan and open the window. Great terrace, laundry and restaurant in the building

Rented this because it said it had air conditioning. Looked at more reviews online that had big warning messages. Tried to call business to check if the Air Con was working. Their phone was off line. No one to help us. Sent an email asking if the aircon was working. They replied with - “no, it’s not working but the windows are open.” Asked for a refund. No reply. It is ridiculous that a business can rob you like this. I signed a contract with a business to provide me a service. They could not provide that service. So I deserve a refund. Imagine going to a restaurant and ordering an ice cold lemonade. They charge you more because it will be cold and refreshing and delicious. Then the waiter brings you a glass of hot water and pours it down your shirt. They don’t answer any questions, just bring you the bill for the ice cold lemonade and expect you to pay. Again. This is a very predatory business with almost no customer service at all. 0/10

Lo único malo fue que se les dañó el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, pero me avisaron al momento de hacer el check-in y todo lo demás fue bien.

The AC was not working in the room. No aeration possible because of the closed balcony. It was hot as hell and smelly in the room. Not great for this hot weather.

The staff was friendlier the only think which was missing and you can not have is the restaurant or food place in the night where you sit and eat.

Pros Very well situated to points of interests. Safe area. Water pressure was very strong. Cons Better to have a small table or hanging shelves or over the door hanger or hooks in the washroom.

I really liked the hostel in general.Staff is very kind and helpful and hostel is very well organized.Location is awesome.room was also nice but one thing to highlight,upper bunk beds don't have any barrier to protect a person from falling.So if you are not a calm sleeper,upper bunk bed could be dangerous,request a lower bed in advance.
