Hotel had a wonderful comfort that’s hard to explain. On our first morning, they were doing elevator repairs and somehow shut off the hot water to our room. The staff fixed it immediately and were so apologetic that I felt bad reporting it. Overall a wonderful stay, great staff, comfortable updated rooms. We really liked it.

The location is good and the room is clean. There were 2 small towels for our cleaning of our dirty shoes which I like as it saves the clean towels and environmental friendly. But there was an accidental alarm rang which woke all of the residents up.

This hotel is wonderful. There is a common space on the second floor and you could relax and have some quiet time there. The service is great as well. The bed was comfortable. The shower and bathtub are good. Our room didn’t have good wifi connection, but we went to the common space and there was no problem with it.

Accueil très agréable, sympathique ,on nous a fait choisir notre chambre

It is such a lovely, small hotel. The woman at the front desk is so kind and helpful. We were able to drop off our bags until check-in time. The hotel itself is ideally located. Despite there being a loud concert outside on a Saturday night, it was quiet inside. We loved the breakfast and cappuccinos in the morning. We had stayed at the Hotel Compostela the night before and far preferred San Miguel. It’s small, cozy, and friendly. Thank you!
