海濱住宅大飯店

Enda egentliga anledningen välja detta dyrare hotell istället för systerhotellet Palm Beach (aningen billigare) är att maten är bättre. Lite överraskande var att poolområdet var så pass ”livligt” med också stojande småbarn, några i blöjor. I övrigt förstklassigt hotell med suverän personal.

Utrolig bra hotell. Rolig beliggenhet, utmerket mat, perfekt rom. Kan ikke klage på noe ! Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Should we revisit Gran Canaria we will undoubtedly choose to stay at the hotel again and unreservedly recommend it to others.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ohne Fehl und Tadel. Hervorragendes freundliches Personal, ´genügend Liegen einschließlich Auflagen und Handtüchern.

Das Bad von uns war nicht sehr schön, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und sehr altmodisch

Absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were attentive to every detail, friendly and professional. The food was superb. The beds were very comfortable. The spa was amazing. I cannot fault this hotel.

4:e gången vi är på detta trevliga hotell . Dyrt men mycket bra . Rymliga och fräscha rum . Personalen är trevliga och serviceinriktade . Nackdelen med halvpension är att åtminstonde vi gick upp ett par kilo . Mao maten är mycket bra .

All expectations were exceeded many times. Hotel were almost everything is possible, you just have to ask.The customer is really king in this place! If you hesitate the price, trust me hotel, service and the food is worth of it.

This is the perfect resort to relax and rejuvenate! The staff takes excellent care of you and the property. The food is outstanding and we highly recommend selecting the half board option. It is WELL worth it. The pool is the best pool we have ever been in. Perfect distance to the beach as well … we did the pool after breakfast and the beach in the afternoon. The hotel provides beach bags with water and towels. I would stay at this property again and again!

The hotel was fantastic. Amazing service , gorgeous landscaping , delicious food , and a great location!!! The front desk ent out of their way to be helpful without being obsequious. I highly recommend choosing the half-board option since the dinner was delicious and well worth the minimum charge .

A truly outstanding Hotel. Beautiful surroundings & excellent staff throughout. Breakfast & dinner on the terrace was a real pleasure. The Hotel is an oasis of calm & luxury. We very much hope to return.

Toppen i alla avseende, service av yttersta klass

The hotel is well situated near the lagoon and promenade in Maspalomas which we felt was the best resort in Gran Canaria; it is also near the main shops. It is arranged in a number of small two storey buildings throughout gardens so there s never a feeling of many people being around except for the pool area. Service is excellent and there is a high staff to guest ratio so any requests tend to be dealt with promptly and well. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. The food is very 'Masterchef ' style. It is well prepared and presented, but sometimes we did yearn for a roast and two veg type meal. Having said that they do have a barbecue night twice a week. The only negative is that it can become very busy and a little frantic at dinner. Whilst it runs from 7.00 to 10.30 the vast majority of diners do sit down between 7.00 and 7.15 which does put the staff under pressure All in all a very good hotel which is well run
