From the moment from when we arrived to the moment we left ….we were left to feel like royalty. The staff were outstanding and the hotel was one of the finest I have ever stayed at

No podríamos haber escogido mejor lugar para alojarnos en Mahón. La ubicación es fantástica: muy céntrica para recorrer el casco histórico caminando, disfrutar del puerto y moverse cómodamente por la isla.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, cuidadas y tranquilas, perfectas para descansar después de un día descubriendo Menorca. Todo estaba impecable y se nota muchísimo el mimo por los detalles.
Pero lo que realmente hizo especial la estancia fue el equipo. Todo el personal fue encantador, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con recomendaciones o cualquier necesidad. Un agradecimiento especial también por los pequeños detalles y el trato tan cercano durante toda la estancia.
El desayuno merece una mención aparte: muy cuidado, con opciones caseras, productos de calidad y alternativas sin gluten. Sin duda, un hotel boutique con muchísimo encanto que recomendaríamos sin pensarlo para alojarse en Mahón.

This was lovely hotel. The description regarding parking was misleading. Yes it is ‘available’ but other than the underground car park (expensive €18/day), on-street parking was virtually impossible.

Very well located, unique hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooftop plunge pool / bar. Beautifully presented breakfast with tasty and varied selection of food and home baked items. Very spacious room with comfortable bed and good facilities. One suggestion would be the provision of some kind of mat in shower as floor could be slippy.

Lovely small boutique hotel in the heart of town. Close to shops and restaurants, a real gem. Room was spacious with spa bath, and large shower/vanity area. Bed excellent with great air/con and facilities. Spa with small pool area and self service bar on rooftop floor. Owner and staff on hand to help and breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Staff excellent and we enjoyed a suoerc2 night stay. Will be back! Local restaurants were terrific.

Everything was generally excellent. The location was perfect, the rooftop plunge pool was a lovely place to spend a few hours after a long day. The breakfast was of a good standard.
We had a couple of minor gripes which all were associated with the room.
1. The aircon isn’t switched on until June, which resulted in no sleep on 2 evenings. We had to leave the window wide open which resulted in numerous insect bites.
2. The pillows are quite possibly the worst i’ve ever experienced and the bedding was not befitting a 4 star establishment.
3. Our double bed was actually 2 singles squeezed together, with separated bedding for each. Not ideal for a couple.
4. The lavatory is in the room and only a glass door between you and your room mate, which resulted in some awkward moments.
We would 100% return but would really like the option to control the aircon when we see fit rather than the hotel management.

This place is sooo cool. It is centuries old but beautifully updated. The host at check in was amazing - carried in our bags, gave us a tour, went above and beyond to get us soy milk for the next morning. The breakfast spread (which is included) was out of this world! Close to shops and restaurants and the coast. Highly recommend!!

Parken direkt vor der Haustür - mit dem Motorrad. Autos nur außerhalb da direkt in der Altstadt. Ruhig und zentral. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, freundlicher zweisprachiger Service. Sehr sauber.

Excellent location, easy walk into the old town, several bars and restaurants nearby. Room was large for a city-centre hotel, very comfortable bed, great shower. Very helpful staff.
Not easy to find the recommended carpark, even when using google maps.
Public toilet on lower level has no lock. Either they should put on a lock or put a sign on the door telling people to knock on door if it is closed.

Great location - very central.
Nice simple breakfast, clean tidy, smart rooms and a fabulous shower.
Rooftop pool, with an honesty bar was a real Bruce Bonus after a day wandering round town.
Other nice touch was the water machine at the breakfast bar.

Ein kleines (nur 8 Zimmer), sehr ruhig und gut gepflegtes Hotel. Die Lage ist perfekt sowohl für die Stadtsbesucher als auch für die, die nahegelegene Strände besuchen wollen (10 Gehminuten zur Busstation 20 min Busfahrt).
