Newly renovated apartment, 1 bedroom and 1 living room. 2 single beds in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. 1 bathroom and an open kitchen. A good size for a family of 4. Good air conditioning, washing machine and dish washer. 3 minutes walk to beach and at the city center. Very convenient location and quiet with windows closed. Very clean interior and comfortable beds. No view but we do not mind. No lift, so need to carry baggage up the floor. We don’t have problem with that. It’s an enjoyable stay.

This is a beautifully appointed apartment located right in the centre of Sitges. It’s very close to all the amenities of the town. The apartment was well-maintained, clean and spacious. The team were communicative and helpful at all times. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be close to everything.

Beautiful, clean apartment in great location next to beach area. We enjoyed the stay.- Difficult to reach by own car as the location is in pedestrian area, which we did not mind from advance information. Also better check the exact location in advance if you do not like noisy nights, we had a night club across the street.

Perfectly located in centre near the beach, shopping and dining options. The only drawback is that there is no lift which can be a problem if you have mobility issues.

I stayed here for 9 days and there was no cleaning done or changes to the bed linen or towels. The worst beds to sleep on. It was two small beds put together appeared like a queen size bed, so by day light the beds are separating from each other. Very disingenuous way of advertising it was a queen size bed. The area was lovely but I would recommend booking at a hotel for a better experience some lovely ones are close by. I walked daily 3 separate steep stairs flight daily which isn’t ideal vacation accommodation. Otherwise the apartment was clean and recently refurbished.

Great property that was walkable to everything we wanted to see and do in Sitges. Very friendly and responsive staff as well.

Lovely apartment in a great central location. Very spacious with two terraces. We were located at the rear of the property so was generally quiet from the noise of the town centre. Great communication from the Sitges Group and no issue accessing or checking out.

We loved our stay at the property. It’s 2 mins walk to the beach and you are literally in the centre so lovely restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars around. The property itself is very clean and modern. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.

Very noisy and smoky from bars etc below - then stuffy if closed windows. Apt was nice but missing a few key items (eg kleenex, paper towels). Communication was good except after hours so a real emergency or lockout would have been out of luck.

Professionally managed property in great condition

Nice central apartment with quality furnishings and fittings. Only negative was the amount of noise from neighbors. You can hear lots through the ceiling, and the first night there were people regularly going up and down a metal staircase nearby.....this continued past midnight. Communication with managing agents was very good before and during the stay. They also have an office in town if you need them.

Excellent quiet location in the very centre of old town. A lot of stairs so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Clean and nice property with a lovely roof terrace. The staff are very quick at responding if there are any issues. I will be back.

La magie des photos s’arrêtent à l’entrée dans l’appartement : quelle déception !! Cet appartement (Penthouse 2) est très situé sombres et l’environnement bruyant : - pas de fenêtres dans la pièce principale - pas de fenêtres dans la salle d’eau attenante à la pièce principale, elle est très petite, peu fonctionnelle et bruyante - de minuscules vélux dans les chambres du bas - pas de salle de bain avec baignoire Un étage en revanche très lumineux avec une salle d’eau confortable mais un canapé lit très peu confortable. Un stationnement extrêmement coûteux : Parking Continental : 60€ pour deux jours, deux nuits. Ce n’est pas correct de faire la promotion et beaux et grands appartements lumineux pour fournir une qualité si médiocre. En ce qui concerne les échanges préalables à la location, cela se fera sur Whatsapp le jour J, le Check in peut se faire à distance et c’est un point très appréciable.

Todo perfecto en comodidad y amplitud. Ubicación y cerca de la estación. En cocina para estancias cortas, si se agradecería más cápsulas de café y botellita de aceite pequeña.

Perfect location!

We stayed at PH1. Amazing location, very clean, nice layout. You're in the middle of Sitges action, and yet once you get into the unit it's very quite. The reception staff were very attentive and responsive. Please note that there's no elevator, need to be fit enough to walk up 4 flights of stairs stairs to upstairs kitchen/living room and patio. We loved it!
