Slow Suites Salvador

We were a group of 4 that stayed in the deluxe apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment itself was pleasant, clean, and well equipped. The location was also very convenient, yet no problems with noise at night. However the check-in process were met with some hiccups. We knew there was no front desk, so we enquired about luggage storage a few days prior to arrival. The hotel replied that we could use the lockers in the lobby. However, despite subsequent enquiry they did not respond with an access code for the front door in advance. Moreover when we managed to get in with the help of other guests, we found that the lockers were not functioning. The “digital agent” was not helpful as it could not deal with any “non standard questions”. Thus we had no choice but to take our luggages onto the streets for a few hours until the hotel sent us access codes for the apartment at the actual checkin time. Nonetheless a nice place altogether to stay in esp for groups, but just something to bear in mind.

Had a lovely few days, very central location with the main shops and restaurants nearby. The roof terrace pool was lovely and clean and open till midnight which was lovely after a hot day. Rooms were clean and modern. Would return

The apartment was excellent, spacious and clean and the location ideal for exploring the city. Easy check-in and code/app for the doors were easy to use. Lovely terrace and small pool to cool down was a bonus.

Lleganos y todavia no nos habin mandado el mail del check in, ya que no hay recepcion y solo se puede ingresar con clave que envian por mail. No atendian el telefono para conunicacion y quedamos en la calle varias horas pasadas del horario de ingreso. Nuestro check in era para las 15 horas, y recien logramos comu icacion y quw nos envien la clave a las 17 horas. Eso es realmente MUY MALO considerando que cuando uno esta de viaje necesita llegar y poder i gresar.

L’immeuble est très bien placé en plein centre ville proche de tout et il est magnifique. L’appartement est très joli, il y a tout ce qu’il faut dedans. C’est un immeuble qui a été rénové avec goût. C’était très propre, le lit est très confortable. Je le conseillerai si l’un de mes proches souhaitent venir à Séville.

Un endroit calme très propre et confortable

We had a lovely stay in a superior apartment. From the pre-arrival registration which was thorough to getting the online key it was well managed. This is a property without a physical reception however I emailed the online team several times with queries and they were so prompt and professional in responding. There was also the option to book lockers on departure - excellent option, cheap and really well managed all online. The property was excellent. Very clean, well equipped with iron, washing machine/powder, dishwasher/tablets, sparkling clean fridge and microwave. The bathrooms were excellent and clean. Aircon given heat was 43° was so good. The beds and pillows so comfy. Given we are in the centre of the historic and shopping area, so quiet and the location was super. No more than 6 mins walk to most attractions and all shopping and restaurants on our doorstep. The rooftop pool is small but nice but it was just too hot to spend too much time up there. The decor was nice inside the apartment and in the lobby areas. One bit of feedback is that the apartment could do with more hangers (only 4 between two rooms and 4 ladies!), better clothes storage would help, long length mirror would be good, wine glasses would help and more access to towels in apartment would be better but understand can ask staff cleaning. All in all we had a super enjoyable and relaxed stay in Slow Suites Salvador and when I come back to Seville, this will be the only accommodation I look to book.

Lovely room and area! Also loved having washing machine as we had been traveling for over a week with much clothing needing washed. Do not forget to read check-in instructions as there is no front desk, it is all self check in.

So much to say. This is a collection of AirBnB’s masquerading as a hotel. Always hot in the building. It has no reception area to get cool or store bags—though there is a wonderful soulless “lobby” where rainwater pooled and was left for 2 days. There are no daily services. It is called slow suites because the lift moves at the speed of a snail, with no one in the building to help if you do get stuck. They left 1.5 rolls of toilet tissue for a 3 night stay (2 women). The space is small but has a kitchen which we used. No closets and meager place to store luggage in the apartment. The building had so much potential but the owners sadly eliminated it.

The room was fine for location and price. The mold in the room however was not nice. Our room had no towels upon arrival. When we asked for towels we were given bathmats. When we asked housekeeping for help they wouldn’t help us. Ridiculous when it came to getting towels. We also never received our check in code. This took us reaching out online, phone, and chat portal to finally get a code to check in. The pool hasn’t been scrubbed clean in ages. The washer/dryer in the room was confusing to use.

Excelente lugar, recién remodelado, buena ubicación, la forma de hacer el check in on line es tedioso, no entiendo por qué tenemos que firmar virtualmente todos los integrantes de mi familia el contrato, hasta el menor de edad

Hôtel neuf propre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Cependant il est très sombre la journée avec ces deux fenêtres, qui ne sont pas occultables la nuit, donc la lumière rentre facilement. Sinon très bon séjour, l’hôtel est bien placé avec l’accès à une piscine et une terrasse très agréable.
