Buen hotel, el colchon está hundido. En general todo bien.

As instalações do hotel são muito boas, porém cobra-se tudo. Desde o cofre € 3 por dia até a touca pra entrar na piscina aquecida, sem ela não entra . Estacionamento € 12 por dia .

nice place, parking cost was high and garage small, overall good experience. breakfast was excellent!

Habitaciones antiguas. A parte cuando realicé la reserva se indicaba que incluía entrada a parque acuático, no es verdad. Y para colmo nos toco la habitación de encima (literal) del escenario donde cada noche hacían show, imaginad que descanso más bueno con dos bebes…. No repetiré.

Great staff and service however there is no iron in the room. You can rent one for 2 hours max which isn’t ideal.

Good value hotel. Friendly staff and reasonably comfortable. Slightly dated but clean and did what we needed.

Chambre moyenne...sèche cheveux en panne et pommeau de douche cassé.... Toilettes placees devant la sortie de douche donc compliqué pour sortir sans glisser..bruyante car premier étage qui donne sur la route... nous avions déjà fait un séjour avec une chambre de meilleure qualité et un étage plus agréable avec vue sur la piscine

Hôtel très bien situé ! Le personnel est vraiment sympa et très disponible. Petit bemol la salle de sport est très petite, pas de climatisation il faut donc très chaud. Et l’équipement laisse vraiment à désiré l’équipement est en très mauvaise état pour le peu qu’il y en a malheureusement… c’est dommage de le mettre en avant alors que c’est pas le plus potable

Convenable petit frigo à disposition penser à acheter de l’eau un système ou en tant que touriste on vous force à acheter une bouteille d’eau au restaurant j’ai l’habitude accueil quelconque chambre standard pour 4 pas très grande mais avec balcon appréciable restauration bien perso j’ai apprécier pub dans l’hôtel barman très sympathique ouvert de 20h à 00h30 en avril tarif correct bar à la piscine avec tarif correct réglé strict a la piscine extérieure avec Maitre nageur présent dès le mois d’avril piscine intérieur spa digne d’une air de jeux avec enfant qui saute de partout 🙃 J’ai pu me garer sans difficulté et gratuitement autour de l’hôtel à seulement quelque minutes à pied de port aventura parfait à ce niveaux

Catastrophique

Rubbish hotel definitely not 4 stars! 2 stars at best! Breakfast was terrible they had a Spanish omelette out on the hot counter looked nice and was only thing that looked edible! it was ice cold in middle had to microwave to heat it but it was horrible day two wasn’t any so just had toast. The chef can’t even cook eggs he makes one side and leaves the raw on a plate and when asked a question to actually cook and egg he was rude!! The room was crap booked a quadruple room paid full price for 4 and got a double bed and a pull out bed for our stay in a double room!!! We had a baby and asked where the kettle was in our room they offered us a kettle for €2.50 rental I actually thought it was a joke but it’s seriously a charge. The only plus it is near the Port Adventura but definitely not worth the money there may be better in salon that offers a shuttle bus to the park. I couldn’t recommend this place at all only If stuck and for heavens sake don’t even bother adding breakfast if have to book its disgusting

Calidad precio excepcional. Fuimos a pasar el dia en port aventura y cogimos este hotel para pasar la noche. Tuvieron la habitación preparada antes del check in y eso la verdad es que lo agradecimos mucho. Volveremos al mismo hotel la próxima vez que vayamos a port aventura.
