The hotel house keeping is great but water was 1 bottle for 4 daya and without kettle. Its not very nice. The redt of others were good.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in Barcelona Sunotel Aston I’d definitely stay here again.

Very good place to stay. Transit is easily accessible and works great in Barcelona. Pool is small but very nice to have to cool down and relax. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms.

Nos sentimos seguros , no está del todo actualizado en sus instalaciones, sin embargo la zona la sentimos muy segura, restaurantes muy cerca, fácil acceso a transportes públicos, personal con excelente atención, desayunos muy ricos. Todo bien y sí volvería a hospedarme con ustedes. Muchas gracias, todo super bien.

Cramped room, dirty floors, shower overflowed every time.

Breakfast is €12 which is good. The eletricsl outlet did not fit my rechargers but staff loaned me two adapters and eorked.

Hôtel à éviter !!!! Pour un hôtel 3*, se retrouver dans une chambre avec des cafards cela est inadmissible !!! Nous avons été changé de chambre ( on est passé du 1 er étage au 5 ème) et nous en avons de nouveau vu. Cela est dommage car le petit déjeuner et le toit terrasse avec la piscine et son bar était très bien.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. However there is no ice. The mini fridge didn't properly cool our drinks. The right elevator was glitchy and didn't always work properly. They offer rental bikes but non were available. The hot tub wasnt hot. The rooftop pool was nice, the views were spectacular. The location was a great and was close to many things. Overall 3/5 stars.

The absolute worse hotel we have ever been in. There was mold everywhere, I woke up with an itchy throat and congested chest and needed an inhaler. The vents had black mold all in and around. The bathroom had mold everywhere. Extreme safety issue and they will hear more from me soon.

Era molto accogliente, la consiglio assolutamente, non troppo lontana dal centro.

Excellent staff, easy checkin/check out. Nice room, good ac, water pressure and comfortable bed. Plenty of places for coffee and restaurants. Close to metro and buses.

Meine Frau musste durch einen medizinischen Notfall am Anreise Tag ins Krankenhaus und wir mussten unseren Urlaub absagen. Ich kann ja verstehen dass wenn die Stornierungsfrist abgelaufen ist, man nicht den kompletten Betrag erstattet. Allerdings erwarte ich, dass man in solchen Fällen mit etwas Menschlichkeit den Gästen entgegenkommen kann. Bei größeren Hotelketten ist mir etwas ähnliches schon passiert und dort ist man uns trotzdem entgegenkommen. Ich werde das Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen, da so etwas jedem mal passieren kann und die Haltung vom Sunotel nicht fair ist!

I recently stayed at Sunotel Aston in Barcelona and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, as I encountered a large insect in the room and flies in the bathroom. This made my stay quite uncomfortable. While the hotel may have other positive aspects, the hygiene concerns significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.
