Das Personal beim Empfang war richtig unfreundlich! Keine Hilfe beim Check in auf dieses Automaten! Dann geht man zu ihm hin weil man schon 20 Minuten herumtut wird man auch noch angestiegen und kann sich anhören „ du darfst gleich nicht einchecken“! Stattdessen das er einfach hilft!

Very very impressed ! Lovely and accommodating staff , lovely decor Very clean Our first little trip with our 6month old baby and was all and more that we hoped for . Breakfast and lunch options are many fresh and well stocked . Coming back again very soon !

Quarto e cama muito confortáveis, dormimos muito bem! Tem uma área com microondas, pratos e talheres para esquentar comida ( tem 2 supermercados grandes bem próximos, estacionamiento gratuito próximo, possibilidade de banho após o check in. O "brunch" é básico, mas servido até tarde, apesar de não ser muito bom. Os funcionários poderiam ser mais simpáticos ( os funcionários jovens são simpáticos, os mais velhos, nem tanto...) O rapaz do bar era bem simpático, mas o da recepción não tirava os olhos do computador.

Clean room, well accomodating staff, check in is convenient and even allowed us to early check in (good that our room is ready, that’s why) Brunch is superb!

Ein gutes, vor allem sauberes aber auch einfaches Hotel. Der Strand ist schnell erreicht und es gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Essen ist für die Region Hoteltypisch und in Ordnung.

Positiv: Frühstück , tolle Auswahl und lange Frühstückszeit, Zimmer bzw. Badezimmer sehr groß. Negativ: Straßenlärm sehr laut hörbar (nachts bzw. Schon vor 6 Uhr sehr viel Lärm); Mistkübel im Badezimmer vom Vorgänger nicht ausgeleert;

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig (ca. 25 min) von den Hotspots wie Megapark entfernt. Der Strand ist sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür, ungefähr 300m vom Hotel entfernt. Zustand und Ausstattung des Hotels sind völlig in Ordnung ebenso wie die Frühstücksauswahl. Preis-/Leistung passen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

I had deive around 2 hours to find a parking lot to park and still I couldn't find any. Finally a local man did helped my with me driving around and found a paid parking lot for 23 euros a night which I didn't mind at all to pay but noone could speak English to help me to tell me or guide me to find a paid parking. They said we are sorry but we don't provide any parking permit here. The streets around the hotel was crazy dirty and unsafe or looke unsafe. I used to live in Mallorca before and I never seen such a area before. The reasons I am writing this, JUST BECAUSE IN REVIEWS THEY PUT AN WONDERFUL AND HIGH STAR BUT IT IS NOT. It should be 3 of 10 star and not 8 or 9 stars !!! I will never stay there even if they offer me free room NEVER AGAIN !

Bra brunch och ett prisvärt boende med bra bussförbindelser

We have just had a lovely 4 nights here and found it to be perfect for what we wanted. We had a room on the 8th floor with pool and sea view. The room was a good size and very clean. The shower was good and the air con worked well. Check in was straightforward and the email instructions to download the up key app to enable us to use our phone to unlock our room worked well. Staff in all areas were very helpful and welcoming. Due to the location being up quite a steep hill this would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems but is in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop is also close by and costs just €2 to go to Palma. Food was fine at brunch. I would stay here again.

Staff was super friendly all the time

Hatten einen Kurzaufenthalt dort,kann nichts Negatives sagen. Checkin war super einfach und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Frühstück war auch klasse von 8-13Uhr. Der Ausblick vom 9. ten Stock super. Kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder👍

Breakfast buffet was good - plenty of options and one of the reasons for selecting this place. Pool was nice, fresh but good for 30 degree weather and there was bar service. Room decent, only gripe was the beds being so firm just hard to sleep on them - struggled by end but rest of it was good. Area wise - useful and close walk to beach - really nice spot.

Nettes Personal, Zimmer ging eigentlich, Nachts auf der Etage sehr laut,Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl.

Late flight into Palma so a good one night stop before heading north on the island. No hotel parking but we did find a spot very close by. Great that brunch goes until 1pm v and quiet rooms with comfortable beds.

Klimaanlage lässt sich nur schlecht regulieren bzw. nicht ausschalten. Wurst / Käse Auswahl beim Brunch könnte größer und qualitativer sein.
