Alle Achtung und Respekt an die sehr junge Dame an der Rezeption, die eine grosse Gruppe von jungen Männer, dessen benehmen sehr zu wünschen übrig liess, in Ruhe und über 30 Minuten herum schlug, bis endlich jeder verstand.
Als sie uns winkte wir sollen kommen sagte Sie uns: Solche Leute darf man nicht unnötig reizen und besorgte uns für das lange warten und Geduld 1 Zimmer im 3. Stock, damit wir Ruhe haben.
Das war eine sehr nette Geste. Vielen Dank
Auch das Frühstück von 08.00-13.00 durfte man auch noch ein 2.mal besuchen wenn man hungrig wahr und warnen im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen.
Rundherum gutes, einfaches Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen Angestellten, die sehr bemüht waren, dass am Morgen um 8.00 Uhr nicht schon laut war, damit die Gäste schlafen können.

Todo el respeto a la joven recepcionista que, con mucha calma, manejó durante más de 30 minutos a un grupo numeroso de jóvenes cuyo comportamiento dejaba mucho que desear, hasta que finalmente todos entendieron.
Cuando nos hizo señas para que entráramos, nos dijo: No deberían provocar a esa gente innecesariamente y, como agradecimiento por nuestra larga espera y paciencia, nos consiguió una habitación en el tercer piso para que pudiéramos disfrutar de un poco de paz y tranquilidad.
Fue un gesto muy amable. Muchísimas gracias.
El desayuno, servido de 8:00 a 13:00, también estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación, e incluso podíamos repetir si teníamos hambre.

Pas d alèse aux taies d’oreiller et une avait une taie d oreiller qui ne couvrait pas entièrement l oreiller
L hotel n a rien voulu savoir aucun geste commercial s est engagé à nettoyer correctement le douche et ne l a jamais fait ultra bruyant la nuit très mal insonorisé et partie communes sales
À fuir je mets ce commentaire pour leur mauvaise foie

Our room was falsely advertised with A/C which didn’t work, complained to reception on the first night and were told we could move the next day, to then be met by a rude receptionist the next day which said this wasn’t possible. The room was so unbearably hot we moved hotel for the rest of our stay. The bed was also filthy with yellow stains and hairs in it. Never felt the need to write a review before in my life but definitely wouldnt recommend this place.

Reservei um quarto triplo, colocaram-nos no 140, quarto sem varanda, virado para uma escada de segurança por onde estavam sempre a passar pessoas, tornava impossível abrir a janela, nem havia maneira de estender toalhas ou outra roupa que quiséssemos secar. Num dos dias não limparam nem colocaram toalhas. A lavandaria estava avariada. No quarto nem sequer estava disponível um armário.
A localização do hotel é boa pois fica perto da praia mas as condições são fracas.

L’hôtel est complet, rien a dire, piscine, salle fe sport, petit dej complet, l’hotel est vraiment agréable, très bien situé près de tout, petit bemol pas de nettoyage quotidien dans les chambres ! Mais c’est pas grave en soi :)

La relación calidad-precio fue buena. El bufé era completo y la comida estaba muy rica .La piscina estaba limpia y bien cuidada, y las zonas comunes en general, estaban en buen estado.
Como aspecto mejorable, la limpieza del baño de mi habitación no era la adecuada. Aunque se notaba que lo habían limpiado, había acumulación de cal en la grifería, mampara y los azulejos necesitaban una limpieza más frecuente. También observé que el ascensor de la planta permaneció sucio durante toda mi instancia.
Aún así, la valoración es positiva porque son aspectos mejorables.

In order to leave a review I had to give it an underserving one star ⭐
The staff were rude and spoke to myself and my husband with utter disrespect as if we were little kids!
The room we were given was dirty and had nowhere to put anything.
We had as a 'wet room' so everything got soaked...such a poorly designed property.
The location was tucked in the thick of everything so the noise was constant.
The breakfast was cold, there wasn't a kettle in the room therefore anything additional was of an extra cost. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't have a 'hot water' option.
One night we entered full of laughter but still considerate of other guests aytge security guard hollered at us making even more noise and waking other guests.
Do not waste your money booking that hotel there are many more better quality ones in close proximity where I'm sure you'll be treated like the human you are...oh but as black people we witnessed utter crap behaviour from other guests and they got a pass so of course we're going to presume racism!

Hotel bien placer simple et pas trop cher mais surtout ne pas prendre de biere il vendent des biere 50cl dans des verres de 40cl vérifier avec la personne du bar mais pas de changement dans les verres donc il doivent être au courant donc une escroquerie et peut-être d autres alors méfiance. Et la borne pour remplacer une personne a l accueil plutôt galère et long
