Este hotel esta bien tiene las 3B para ser la ciudad de Barcelona, lo único es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba tan bien y en la temporada de calor olvidate, pero de ahi en fuera el desayuno es excelente y la habitación es comoda, saliendo hay una parada de autobus lo que fácilita moverte a lo largo de la ciudad y cerca de ahi hay una calle donde hay muchos lugares para comer lo que lo hace super atractivo

Google showed a pool at this property ( and they were aware) but no pool. The WiFi was horrible which made the TV useless. I would have never paid this much for a hotel with no pool

Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel und waren im Ganzen zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Das Personal war nett, und die Strandnähe war perfekt. In der Umgebung gab es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Strand war sauber, sehr schön und vor allem nicht überfüllt. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber wir hatten jeweils zwei große Koffer und Handgepäck. Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster und die Aussicht war nicht die Schönste. Wir haben kein Frühstück dazu gebucht, da wir in der Umgebung viele andere Möglichkeiten hatten. Unsere Freunde jedoch hatten Frühstück dazu gebucht an einzelnen Tagen und sie waren zufrieden mit der Auswahl und dem Geschmack. Zu jeder Zeit war jemand an der Rezeption und konnte uns weiterhelfen bei diversen Anliegen. Bei Ankunft musste man steuern bezahlen - dies war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich beziehungsweise klar deutlich, aber das muss man in jedem Hotel in Barcelona. Wir haben für eine Woche für zwei Personen 77 € bezahlt.

Estamos muy disconformes con la estadía que en hotel Travelodge Poblenou, Barcelona, habitaciones 215 y 135
El aire acondicionado del lobby y del comedor no funcionó durante toda nuestra estadía. Nos resultó muy incómodo tomar desayuno todos los días. En las piezas tampoco funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado.
El agua potable estuvo contaminada durante por lo menos la mitad de nuestra estadía.
Nadie nos avisó de esta situación
WiFi tampoco nos funcionó.
En conversación con el Director del Hotel, Sr. Jordi Escala, reconoció los problemas en el servicio de WiFi, agua potable y aire acondicionado, indicándonos,, también por email, que entendía que corresponde que el hotel nos compense por los inconvenientes.

travelodge is always a standard good hotel. The staff where really lovely and super helpful, the room was super clean and welcoming. the elevator was very old and slow, sometimes i would have to wait over 5 mins to be able to get into the elevator but apart from that everything is great!

Bei Ankunft musste man steuern bezahlen - dies war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich beziehungsweise klar deutlich, aber das muss man in jedem Hotel in Barcelona. Wir haben für eine Woche für zwei Personen 77 € bezahlt.
