Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Das Essen was sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wasserspender auf dem Flur zu laut und zu warm, er ist wohl mit der Kühlung des gefilterten Wassers überfordert.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The property of the hotel is also very nice and beautiful. The neighbourhood is more or less average, but the views of the sunsets are absolutely stunning. The food is very good and the variety of the breakfast buffet ist great. Also the starters and desserts of the buffet at evening is also good. The variation of the a la carte dinner could be better.

Staff has been second to non: incredibly nice, attentive,very helpful and in a good mood every single day. They do not try to upsell anything which has been the case in many other resorts. It's a modern and clean hotel. Rooms are clean and have a modern tranquil look. The location itself is very quiet. Only downside would be that a car rental would be needed if you want to see many places across the island as it is not that well connected by public transport. The local bus only runs once an hour. Half board: very good quality food but after a week, the choices at the a la carte dinner get slim.

A beautiful Hotel with excellent facilities. The restaurants were outstanding. the staff super friendly. The cleaners deserve a mention too as the entire Hotel was spotless. The waiting staff were very attentive & friendly.

Really liked this hotel. Spa facilities were really great and little details really make a difference around the hotel. Breakfast options were one of best we had experienced, so many great choices. Would stay here again.

The indoor pool and spa was awesome, and the rooms were great. Breakfast was really good with a large variety of options. The pool area was great as well.

The hotel was well above expectation. The sunbeds were comfortable, breakfast 10 out of 10, friendly staff. Everything was quiet and comfortable.

Tuvimos una experencia perfecta. Las instalaciones son una maravilla. El desayuno buenísimo. Hotel muy recomendable.

This hotel is truly 5 star service and food. The staff could not have been nicer. A true breath of fresh air after so many other places we had been in Europe. Two thumbs up!

Sehr schöne Anlage, saubere und komfortable Ausstattung, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet.

Las expectativas eran muy altas y el hotel de 5 estrellas realmente esperaba más. La piscina privada tenía oxido y no era nada higiénico. Las rejas de la piscina tenían telarañas . Por tanto muy poco higiénico. El aire acondicionado no funciono. En el área del restaurante exterior había muchísimos mosquitos que no dejaban cenar en calma . En fin, espero que mejoren porque al ser 5 estrellas los clientes esperamos lo mejor.

Das Hotel ist einfach unser Lieblingshotel, wir würden es jedem empfehlen!

Wir haben das Hotel vor allem wegen des Spa-Bereichs und der Lage gebucht und im Schnitt rund EUR 400 pro Nacht bezahlt. Leider entsprach unser Zimmer nicht der Buchung: Statt Gartenblick erhielten wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Parkplatz. Trotz offensichtlichem Fehler im Buchungssystem wurde uns nur ein kostenpflichtiges Upgrade angeboten. Auch im Gespräch mit der Eigentümerin, Frau Elena Oliver, stießen wir auf wenig Verständnis und kein Entgegenkommen. Wichtig zu wissen: Spa-Termine sollten vor Anreise gebucht werden, sonst wird es schwierig mit Verfügbarkeiten. Trotz der schönen Hotelanlage und des freundlichen Personals bleibt für uns ein enttäuschter Gesamteindruck zurück. Besonders bedauerlich ist, dass in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel unser Anliegen nicht angemessen berücksichtigt wurde und der Umgang mit unserer Reklamation nicht den hohen Standards entsprach, die wir erwartet hatten.
