飯店地點非常好，離Alhambra 宮入口走路5分鐘就可到達；早餐選擇豐富。櫃檯人員很友善，協助我們叫計程車，並且介紹晚上的佛朗明哥舞表演的餐廳。下次會想要再次入住。

Very beautiful place and nice people!

離Alhambra入口處走路3分鐘，遊覽阿宮的好住處。此次是冬季來訪，未使用泳池。惟此次入住的房間不大，浴室毛巾架似乎毀損，有水管持續漏水使浴巾濕透，即使要求房務後換來新浴巾，也不能放置在掛架上，洗浴時覺得頗為窘迫。以５星級飯店而言，實不該發生此情況。

房間不大，早餐也很豐富，離阿爾罕布宮很近，要去參觀很方便，但離市區因為很多單行道（走路約20分鐘），如果要開車必須繞一大圈走高速公路（開高速公路也要20幾分鐘），缺點是不好停車，飯店說要幫我們停車但後來我們自己開去外面停車，退房時卻也要收一晚20塊歐元的停車費，這應該是唯一的缺點！

Incredible hotel in all aspects - great location, charming historical hotel yet modern comfortable rooms, amazing staff (all so friendly), excellent facilities, generous breakfast, and just perfect in every way!! We would recommend and will return. They also presented me with a breakfast birthday cake when none of my group said anything - just by noticing my date of birth during check in I suppose. Just brilliant!! Thank you!!

宮殿の真横にあって、森の中にあるような素敵なホテルです。ホテルの真ん前がバス停で、バスも待ち時間無しで頻繁にあり、10分くらいで街中に行くので大変便利です。 スタッフも明るく丁寧親切で、レストランもその他の設備も清潔で洗練されていました。朝食もディナーもとても美味しくて品数も豊富でした。またグラナダに滞在することがあれば是非泊まりたいと思っています。

Exactly what you would expect of a hotel of this type: well appointed rooms, friendly staff, access to a good standard of food and drinks. Very similar to many of the hotel chains around the world. Staff were very helpful on arrival in helping us orientate ourselves with the city. We were only staying for one night so there wasn't much opportunity to fully experience the hotel but overall the facilities seemed to be of a high standard.

This property is located next to the Alhambra. Also, it's a 10-minute walk down the hill to the shopping and dining areas. The hotel is in great condition, well decorated, and clean. Their staff is exceptional! I would like to mention the front desk employee, Karina, who was extremely helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport. I am an avid traveler and I mostly stay in Marriott and Hilton brands. I must say this property superseded my expectations, and I didn't regret that I didn't stay at a Hilton or Marriott. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Granada.

Amazing hotel! Beautiful property so close to the Alhambra and the Generalife gardens. The room was very comfortable with well appointed bathroom. The hotel staff were all lovely, helpful and spoke English and Spanish. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace with delicious food. The rooftop pool is relaxing.

Nice hotel in a beautiful area. To go down need to walk a steep hill.

Great location next to Alhambra. Comfortable room with good view. Good food and service at the restaurant.

The hotel is located just crossing the street to the Alhambra.
