El hotel es muy acogedor, está completamente reformado. La atención que recibimos fue exquisita, gracias a que se nota que entre los trabajadores hay un ambiente de absoluta familiaridad. Comentamos por lo alto que era nuestro aniversario de boda y por gentileza del hotel, nos obsequiaron con una botella de champán y, si fuera poco, decoraron la habitación con pétalos de rosa y las toallas con formas varias: cisnes, rosas, corazones... Nos regalaron dos botellas de agua. Nos felicitaron con una carta manuscrita por la directora. Las habitaciones están insonorizada. En Mallorca el agua es muy muy dura, pero en el hotel, era blanda, pelo y piel suaves... El buffette era más bien pequeño pero, sinceramente, no puedes probarlo todo. Dieta mediterránea, muchas preparaciones se elaboraban in situ y eran alimentos de excelente calidad. La situación en la que se encuentra, es de ensueño ya que está ubicado entre dos calitas de arena limpia y aguas cristalinas. ¡No vemos el momento de volver!

Op zich een mooi hotel. Het ligt rustig en op wandelafstand van de haven.
Voor mij persoonlijk was het grootste minpunt dat er weinig tot geen zandstrand is. Je kunt wel zonnen tussen de rotsen of aan het zwembad van het hotel, al is dat niet zo groot. Toch is het zeker in orde.
Het personeel van het hotel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De kamers zijn mooi. Wij hadden eentje bed een groot bubbelbad was leuk.
Wel zijn ze niet zo geluids dicht. Nadelig dus.
Wij hadden een huurauto. Daarbij wil ik wel opmerken dat er zeer weinig tot bijna geen parkeergelegenheid is. Je moet vaak lang rondrijden om een plaats te vinden en meestal moet je vrij ver parkeren. Wij waren er zelfs nog niet tijdens het hoogseizoen.
In de buurt zijn er heel wat leuke winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Door de grote aanwezigheid van Duitse toeristen vonden wij het persoonlijk leuker om wat verder, tussen de lokale bevolking, te gaan eten. Dat was trouwens vaak goedkoper, gezelliger en even lekker.
Ook zijn we te voet naar de vuurtoren gewandeld. Dat is ongeveer 30 minuten stappen vanaf het hotel en je hebt er een heel mooi uitzicht. Zeker een aanrader
Het kasteel hebben we eveneens bezocht. Dat is ook mooi, maar wel zeer kleinschalig. Mooie reis en hotel.
Persoonlijk voor ons Cala Ratjada is overgenomen door de Duistse toerisme en dit was TE aanwezig.

We enjoyed our stay, great location to shops, bars etc.
Food was ok, always something to choose, have had better.
WiFi is terrible, didn’t work at all.
Our room was quite small, asked about moving when we first arrived but couldn’t accommodate unfortunately until next day so we didnt bother. Felt that staff could have been little bit more helpful with this. Room really clean though and cleaned every day which was great.
Staff in buffet restaurant very friendly, one lady in particular but didn’t take name unfortunately.

Cet hôtel a été la meilleure expérience de notre séjour . La vue mer de la chambre était extraordinaire et la propreté impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et le buffet très copieux . Le personnel est vraiment disponible et très professionnel . La directrice a été particulièrement accueillante et prend vraiment soin de tous ces clients .

The meal service team was Awesome and took great care of us for our five days. The All inclusive Fare is moderate however there are great dining options on the beach front. The pool area was always clean however we did not use it. We had a 3rd floor Suite that had a nice Water view. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and water pressure was Awesome in the shower. The Free Wi-Fi was a weak signal in our room, more so when peak usage throughout the resort. Suggest upgrading Access points for expanded and consistent service.

La comida y las habitaciones dejaron mucho que desear, no vale la pena el todo incluido, las bebidas que te incluyen son de marcas blancas por lo que si te quieres tomar una compa de una marca regular tienes que pagar diferencias, la comida en el bufé es muy básica y repetitiva, las pizzas y demás frías, tuvimos que comer y cenar fuera en múltiples ocasiones, EL PERSONAL SI QUE ES 10/10, Cristina en el restaurante es muy amable y te atiende con mucha atención y profesionalidad.
