We stayed at Cinnamom Red for only 2 days during the 2019 Xmast holiday, but it was excellent. The room and the bathroom were impeccably clean. The check-in was fast. The breakfast menu was awesome, it gave us opportunity to taste the array of Sri Lankan cuisine. The breakfast staff, Kasun and Bhanuke, were helpful in giving us a bit more insights on the Sri Lankan cuisine and culture. We would definitely stay at Cinnamon Red again if we go to Colombo again. Thank you.

Praticamente perfetto l’unico piccolo problema è una faccenda di sicurezza perché tutte le volte che entri in hotel bisogna fare il controllo tipo aeroporto ma poi ci si abitua ha farlo e poi loro dopo qualche giorno ti riconoscono ma bisogna farlo lo stesso.

We stayed here for 2 separate nights. The room in first night is generally nice but the carpet is smelly. But the carpet in the room in another night is ok, no smell. Bathroom is also clean. Depends on luck.Staff are nice. We were a bit disappointed with the infinity pool. The water is not so clean and the pool is not big enough. No carpark for overnight, not convenient for driving people.

Ok hotel. Rene fine værelser. Placering også fin. Poolen er fin men poolområdet kunne være mere spændende. Hvis du går meget op i fitness kommer du nok til at mangle lidt. Restauranten er ok men heller ikke mere end det. Godt de også tilbyder ikke spicy retter

I tried to contact the hotel and Hotels.com to say we were stuck in transit and wouldn’t be able to stay in the hotel until we actually managed to get to Colombo….I asked if I could change the date, as these are unprecedented times….but no body got back to me.

This is basically a typical three star hotel, and the price point was good for what they were asking for the cleanliness was not great. The room smells like cigarettes and outside. The amenities were very good. They did have a pool a gym and their staff was phenomenal and very attentive.
